While I still don't burn crackers, I agree with the hypocrisy. Either ban the firecrackers totally across the year or just don't give gyaana to people. 🙏🙏🙏

While "aatmatushti" is an accepted pramana in dharma-nirnaya, it cannot be imposed upon shastras to make shastras say what one likes to hear.
