Amaury Jose Monsalve Figuera, a CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN from Venezuela, was arrested for firearms, ammunition, drug, and open-container offenses.
His green card was revoked following immigration fraud proceedings, and an immigration judge ordered his removal on October 19.
Work authorization or a pending application does NOT make you an American citizen or give you the right to remain in this country.
He remains in ICE custody pending DEPORTATION.

🚨 BOMBSHELL: James Talarico’s Texas House record just got shredded by the numbers.
When Republicans and Democrats split, Talarico sided with Democrats 96.8% of the time. That puts him in the TOP 7% most extreme left wing of the Texas House.
In 2021, he voted with Republicans about as often as Jasmine Crockett did. Almost never.
This is the same guy who said “God is non-binary” and talked about dismantling capitalism, white supremacy, and climate change as oppressive systems.

Friday's batch is in, and VA's EV got 0.1% redder. VA's 2026 electorate is 1% bluer (again, on turnout) than 2025.
That's still a very blue electorate (~est. 7.5% left of the 2024 prez-vote margin). But it's down from when Ds were at 3.8% left of 2025.
The big tell is tmrw.
The first batch of satellite voting is in, and Rs have held Ds to a 1.1% bluer electorate than in 2025, just like yesterday. "Vibes" over the last week have been Rs starting to come out in EV nationwide; by Sunday (Friday/Saturday are the big satellite days), we'll get a good read on whether the trends during The Lull hold or not.

At my Virginia polling place, I mentioned that you can vote with no ID. A Democrat in line said he would be very concerned with such a rule, and asked the poll worker if it was true. She said that’s false, you need an ID. Then it was my turn to vote, and I told the guy: I don’t have an ID, will my vote immediately be counted the same as everyone else? He said yeah. Just had me write my name on this form. Birthday and social can be left blank.
