If you’re wondering why #altcoins and #bitcoin started pumping yesterday after the U.S. midterm elections, I’ll explain it to you shortly.
When coming into office, Trump made big promises to the #crypto community. Once he actually got into office, the community found out how much of a liar he was. This is why the entire community is stepping away from him.
If you’re wondering how much he and his family extracted, here are the “official” numbers:
$WLFI: $1.4B in profits
$TRUMP: $635M in profits
$USD1: $200M in profits
Trump NFT collection: $7.2M in profits
Melania projects (memes + NFTs): $99M in profits
That represents a total of $2.34 billion!
The community trusted Donald Trump, and instead of giving back, he kept milking the crypto industry like there was no tomorrow.
He manipulated the markets so much that he created a $100,000 subscription to access his posts on Truth Social in advance, announced tariffs and wars, all of which created a lot of uncertainty in the markets, including #crypto, and really damaged our industry.
This is also why the CLARITY Act didn’t pass, because Trump wanted to use it to also protect his shady business. He wanted to use it to avoid investigations. He also tried to get away from the IRS even after his mandate because he knows why!
Now that the Republicans have lost the House and the Senate, he won’t be able to create fear and uncertainty in the markets as easily as he used to. The Democrats are going to launch a serious investigation into all his shady deeds once the new Congress is in place in January 2027. This is why his coin $TRUMP dumped 20% yesterday while the entire market was pumping, with $ETH up 7% and $BTC up 8%.
He is a clown, and I don’t even know how he managed to become the president of the USA a second time. The Republican Party is a great party, but one man managed to ruin it and make it look like a circus.
Don’t ever let someone tell you that Trump was good for crypto. This is a big lie.
Now that he’s screwed, altcoins are about to fly hard in 2027.
