I am issuing a fierce, uncompromising call to EVERY elected official in our government; from local prosecutors to Congress itself! We need to act NOW! Make the savage act of stomping a defenseless human being while they are already on the ground an AUTOMATIC ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGE. We scream in outrage over “assault weapons”, a tool that, by the numbers, claim roughly 400 lives a year. Yet there are those beaten, kicked, and stomped to death, with bare hands and feet, claim over 600 lives every single year. Where is the same fury? Where is the same demand for justice? These are not mere “fights.” These are brutal, barbaric executions in progress. Victims of head-stomping are left shattered — many never walk again, never speak normally again, never live without constant pain and trauma. Their lives are permanently destroyed by cowards who choose to crush skulls under their boots. And what happens to these predators? Far too often, they walk away with a slap on the wrist! A misdemeanor, probation, maybe a few months, simply because their victim somehow clung to life. ENOUGH. Stomping a person’s head into the pavement is nothing less than attempted murder. It is a clear, deliberate attempt to end a human life. We must name it for what it is and punish it with the full force of that truth. Classify head-stomping as attempted murder — because that is exactly what it is. Take immediate action to protect the innocent and stop treating vicious predators as minor offenders. The blood on our streets demands urgent action, and it demands it today.

Played pickleball in Taiwan. Only could get 1 hour on the court; so crowded!

You know Taiwanese love to eat, even nature blesses the grocery stores.

Now ASAP makes even more sense!
I was today years old when I realized ASAP means alcohol solves all problems…

Went to see the “unique” (or strange, depending on translation) rock formations in NE Taiwan yesterday. My wife was out getting her hair done; so my brother and sister in-law were going there with my niece and nephew in-law: asked if I wanted to tag along. Rained a lot; we didn’t have umbrellas or raincoats. We ended up having a great time anyway. I really appreciate my Taiwanese family, they have treated me better than my real family did.

Random Japanese tourist in Taiwan who has a whopping 55 followers and is NOT verified, posts a random night photo of Taiwan and gets 55,000 views. I have 2500 followers and post nicer photos, continuously for weeks, and get 12 views on them. WTF is wrong with me.

Gotta go back to the hospital again on Monday to give more blood. Need to confirm the results that they found…. Not good results.

Just got back from our day trip, had lunch 2 hours ago and my other niece showed up with other food. Already ½ eaten. We have dinner being cooked and dessert in the fridge. I’m already stuffed!!

Tell me why… With 2.5k followers, I post a picture of some cool unique Taiwanese foods and get 10 VIEWS; someone else posts boiled peanuts from their trip yo Taiwan and gets 50,000 view and has just 5k followers. Been posting every day from my trip. New, unique photos. And I get 10 to 20 views. Does everyone hate me that much?

On my way “home” And by that I mean back in Taipei. Japan is behind me. Taiwan has really started to feel like home; not everything is so foreign to me. Happy to be back among the family. Yes some went with us to Japan. In fact my niece got engaged at one of the emperors palaces yesterday! Very happy for my niece she waited a long time for the right guy to show up in her life. He’s a great guy, we all love him. Was really nice to be there for the proposal. We were all crying with joy. But we are back in Taipei and heading to my sister-in-laws home. Another 5 days and I leave it all behind and my wife and I head back to California. I’ll spend 2 days there and then back to Nashville. Where I’ll be alone once again. Going to miss my family. I love them all very much. They have are so wonderful.

At this restaurant in Osaka. Not going as smoothly as we hoped. Trying to order no beef; total pain in the ass. They are trying but not understanding. They already brought us a plate of beef after explaining we don’t eat it. Bet the bill will be wrong. They said it was cheaper because we didn’t eat beef; but something tells me it won’t be right. maps.apple.com/place?address…

They did not get the bill right as I expected. They charged full price. But I brought it up and they apologized and changed it to what they told me. So no complaints. Overall; decent food, nice atmosphere, a bit over priced but that’s fine.
