It is important to remember that despite my nominal status as a professional I have no legal fidelity to you, and our relationship is best described as an amusement park clown doing free gigs to produce positive Yelp reviews.
Interesting reality I live in now I don’t use any standalone terminal app - only @zeddotdev as I am often in a project that has files or is project related.
I basically need the idea of @herdrdev in Zed ❤️
also looks like grok @bot has been locked down from outbound ssh for the moment... all good - cause we built a @Cloudflare ZeroTrust mesh overlay already to allow access...
Primary bot is an interesting idea in @bot. However, it's completely naive.
My setup had a whole lot defined, and it took a little prodding and jabbing to go read everything. Now, I think it's going to have a good time. should use poteto-mode for the specific bots 🙈
If you want a desktop free binary on your headless OS ask your agent to repackage it. @Cloudflare warp-cli is now two binaries instead of 800MB desktop suite - I now have the mesh everywhere 💪

15M Aug 28 15:36 /usr/bin/warp-cli
however to get that binary we have to install 192 packages and use 792MB of disk?
this is ridiculous @Cloudflare ... there is no desktop to render a tray icon...

The outline of NightStack is:
grok-files: Internet accessible read only filesystem access to the grok bot computer with human md renderer. It also exposes the git log for a given repo simply. This is the main way @build helps me via gf() shell script
git-central: @tobi walgit binary running in an @exedev vm internet accessible (avoiding GitHub issues, Cloud Agents can just use it via gc() simple shell script to pull required token out of env
grok-cli: skill to prompt grok cli so can access SuperHeavy subscription and 4.6 flavours - xhigh instead of fable
pstack-surface: shims on top of @poteto pstack to bootstrap gf() and gc() into Cloud Agents (Gemini Flash 3.8) and access grok-cli
ops-bot: assists with owning and managing infrastructure and maintaining pstack-surface so the other bots can focus
From there each @bot instance owns a single product and spawns whatever agent they need to build.
Article in a week or two with repo
geez it is even worse - lol the new grok @bot usage limits basically stop grok bot chat from writing anything useful to disk or commands - what a joke... the whole point is the bots get on with it! if the bot wants to send a paragraph it sends a paragraph... oh well - grok build is onto it and pstack is getting upgrades to work...
The new @bot usage fixes have completely knee capped poteto-mode it can’t plan anything anymore. Make sure implement a fix in your customised version of the stack to use grok cli to do the work with sand default being a parent coordinator
FULL INTERVIEW: @sophiadew sat down with @poteto and @roshan_s from Cursor on Grok 4.6, agents that fix their own bugs, and how an engineer's job changes.
Grok 4.6 Extra High scored 70.8% on CursorBench 3.2 at $2.81 a task. Fable 5 Max scored 70.5% at $17.32. Same result, 6x the price.

Well I mean if watching my 3 kiddos under 10 playing and doing a group activity with zero oversight is the template. Letting the agentic harnesses have a shared space like @bot makes a lot of sense!!!
The trick is avoid a process shrine that outputs a process instead of results
