Built an AI skeleton for Halloween this year 💀
Skelly runs on a mini PC via custom software in the yard, listens to trick-or-treaters and talks back in real time with computer vision as well as operates the fog machines. Lots of conversations nightly with the neighbors!

I spent a decent amount of time on OpenClaw through its ups and downs…update issues, sometimes playing dumb etc. I set up Hermes and in one night it has connected systems that I would never think could talk to each other in the house to make things easier. I’m a fan!
