Fantastic turnout @CatfordFoodMkt, fresh pasta from @pastificiomansi and cake from @brettandbailey seem very popular as almost sold out of some bits. Lots of hungry Catfordonians queuing for @jerkoffBBQ and @raastawala and coffee @PerlantandPress 😋 – at Lewisham, London
The last stop on my birthday celebration tour is @bottle_bar_shop for a #Cosmopolitan because I’m of the #sexandthecity generation 😉. #se6 🍹
Stop 4 on my birthday trail of eating and drinking locally. Finally got to try the new @mamma_dough in #Ladywell. It was fully booked but luckily got a walk in spot. The special salad was really good. #se13
Stop 4 on my birthday food walk round the area was back home in #se6 for a few quiet moments before school pickup. My treat was creamy indulgent yummy @pumpstchocolate from @jonesofbrockley. What do you do with your #fiveminutespeace? 🍫
Stop No3 on my foodie wander round some of the #lewisham borough was @myjamiicafe cafe, a non profit social enterprise set up to help 17-23yr olds who have been referred from schools, youth work projects and social workers & provide them with training and work placements.
It’s my birthday so I’m spending the day doing what I love - eating locally! After a nice walk from #Catford to #HonorOakPark in the sunshine I’m starting with n’duja @twospoonslondon. Where to next?
