I've been sitting in the clinic ALL DAY waiting 4 a @FedEx 2 deliver a pkg. Since I have littles at hme I ☎️ to get an eta 4 delivery, was givin a window of 8-3pm (this was @ 2pm). Called back at 4pm it chngd to b4 you close😱. 6pm ☎️ by 8. Then they ☎️ me say 8pm 4 sure.
Now at 7:30 I call to follow up since the bldg locks they say it's not being delivered today😱. And there is nothing they can tell me to explain why 😭😭😭😭 and that I should follow-up in the morning. What good that did me 2d. WOW @FedEx , just wow!!
