Is it bad business to sell a card knowing its price was artificially inflated through shill bidding or nonpayment? Or is it entirely on the buyer to do their due diligence?

Crazy situation going on at PSA

I might have one of the most confusing financial situations imaginable. $500K in medical school debt. Nearly $200K in Pokémon cards. What could possibly go wrong? 💀

I decided to put eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee to the test. Sent in a MP card with very obvious damage to see if their authenticators would catch it. The result? They caught it. ✅ For transparency, the buyer will be receiving a full refund AND the card for free. Credit where credit is due, eBay passed the test 👏
