Lawndale Sr. King Berry did it all tonight catching 7 passes for 75 yards, making a key Iate interception, then leading his team to a game-winning TD in the final seconds. Berry talks about his night & team's turnaround this season. @Dale_Football @LawndaleHSROCKS @breezepreps

To be a great OL coach you have to rack your mind over and over, google great coaches or tech’s,+experiment with your players. It takes as much energy to be great, as the energy you use to be a Great Father+Husband. Coaching the offensive line takes extra time-has to be a PASSION

Alex Mirabal - Offensive Line- Miami University Great blocking means adjusting to the defender. Gallop. Knock over. High leg out. Mirabal breaks down how to adjust the gallop technique when defenders pop back into the gap. Access Alex Mirabal’s 2026 presentation here: store.mushroom-society.com/p…

A wide base and waddling in the run game is overrated when it comes to creating movement and finishing blocks. A slightly “narrow” base with forceful leg drive and pressure steps through the defender is how most movement / “pancakes”/“knock downs” happen.
