The 49ers had to get this move done obviously…. But they definitely could’ve argued for a lot less.
Going to be interesting to see how this offense functions now, with a hopefully healthy Christian McCaffrey and Brandon Aiyuk.
BREAKING: 49ers and QB Brock Purdy agree to terms on a five-year, $265M contract extension, including $181M in total guarantees. (via @RapSheet, @TomPelissero, @MikeGarafolo)

Lovely news to wake up to in the morning.
If the Dolphins move Jalen Ramsey, they 100% will be trading Tyreek Hill.
The #Dolphins and seven-time Pro Bowl CB Jalen Ramsey are mutually set to explore trade options and it wouldn’t be a surprise if he played elsewhere in 2025, per me and @TomPelissero.
Miami and Ramsey, due $25.1M fully guaranteed this season, could be parting ways.
Tragic News:
Former LSU WR Kyren Lacy has passed away at the age of 24.
Lacy was expected to be in the 2025 NFL draft, with a very bright future ahead 💔
Prayers to friends and family 🙏
