I saw it all at yesterday’s visit to Patriot Park, including the 1418 дорога памяти музей. My tour guide was 5 stars; excellent English, educated, and unaffected by my endless questions. Didn’t take many pics or videos, instead, just took it in, and with watery eyes for the first third. Rows and rows of faces, the database 😢 (Sidenote - fascinating to me: how you guys moved factories across the country, what?! Entire factories, “nah, this goes here now, 3,000 kilometres to the right.”) By the day’s end, just like a few weeks ago, when I spent the day at the art museum, “omg my mind is fried” I got the same reply, “it’s supposed to be, Keri.” 😂 you Russians, love your directness.

Uma2rman free concert alert. The gentleman who owns the bakery told me - this Thursday, they’re playing the Тверской Дом Вкуса food mall. He explained this is a rare opportunity to see them on a small stage, as they usually sell out stadiums? 7pm at Тверской Бульвар, 27, стр 6

Tobacco products are available everywhere, 24/7. Openly too, not hidden behind grey cabinet doors. 3rd pic shows 3 stores side by side. Nicotine pouches at 12mg lol. 

I don’t smoke, but like it because the point is choice - opposite of a nanny state.

The trend of ‘celebrities visiting Russia’ seems to have stopped, huh. 

I liked watching your reaction to their visits, in that, there wasn’t one.

Looked into Russian “mat” > матерные слова - swear word. 

➡️ Elaborate swearing. A sophisticated sub-culture, full of nuance and historical references. Never to be used in publicly. 
Laughed while researching, but I won’t bother to learn it. Need to learn like, past tense verb conjugations. 

Besides, it’s more effective to win a debate using no swearing. Спокойней всегда.
