Not selling and watching your PF value decline and doing nothing is not as stressful as trying to time in and out of the market in my opinion. #paperlossesarenotreallosses

His investing is well documented but more interestingly how has he got to that age with all his marbles with his diet!?! Just shows diet and exercise are important but genetics trump everything. That said do what you can - eat well and exercise your body and mind.

Ashmore looks interesting. High net cash. Good dividend yield. An issue might be its 0.3x underling dividend cover so dividend cover depends on investment gains. Can any holders or prospective holders share their views please?

I had a coffee with someone I’ve not seen for a while yesterday who had invested £1,000 in @Revolut via @join_r_europe (formerly Seedrs) under EIS. Sold for £140,000 tax free! Thats only one success story out of many failures of course but it does show they are out there to be found. In my view early stage investing is gambling and no one knows which ones will be successful so you need to be prepared to spread your bets. The income tax relief is nice too (30%. 50% with even earlier stage SEIS)
