NEW: Joe Rogan and Dan Richards go deep on the Grand Canyon cave that a 1909 newspaper said held an underground city, and that you still cannot walk into: ROGAN: “Right now you can’t go into the area. It’s ‘too dangerous,’ or it’s a Native American sacred site, depending on who you ask.” “Get a tribal archaeology team, get some drones, and close the door on it.” “If they really found a cavern for 50,000 people, with Egyptian hieroglyphs and mummies, do you think they would hide that?” CONTEXT: The Arizona Gazette ran the story in April 1909. Explorer G.E. Kinkaid claimed a nearly inaccessible cave with hundreds of rooms, mummies, copper tools, and “oriental” or Egyptian-style artifacts. It named a Smithsonian-backed “Professor S.A. Jordan.” No cave, notes, accession records, or Smithsonian expedition matching that claim have ever turned up. The Smithsonian has said it has no file on the discovery. Parts of the canyon are closed for safety, tribal land, or resource protection. That is not evidence of a buried Egyptian city. The real question is narrower. Why not fly a drone over the spot the newspaper named and end it.

Joe Rogan and the Mystery Boys discuss declassified U.S. Army biological testing programs conducted on American cities. METZGER: “They drizzled that cobalt sh*t on black kids in Kansas City…” ROGAN: “They wanted to see how much they could affect people in case they wanted to use like a bioweapon.” They reference an Army report documenting 160 different tests using biological simulants across 66 locations inside the United States, including civilian targets in Alaska and Hawaii, as well as subway systems in San Francisco and New York. ROGAN: “So they did 160 different tests where they try to infect people… including Alaska and Hawaii.” The group notes these were official military experiments designed to model how airborne agents would spread in populated areas.

Ukraine and Russia had a deal to end the war six weeks after it started. Initialed. Signed. Ready. Ceasefire. Limited forces. Autonomy for Donbas. Crimea put off. Shelling stops. Then Boris Johnson flew in. He told Zelensky to walk away. “This isn’t about your problems. It’s about weakening Russia. We’ll support you as long as it takes.” Not a theory. The Ukrainian negotiator who was in the room later said it himself. The war could have stopped. Instead they chose more of it.

Joe Rogan: “So we're fu**ed... There’s going to be no more passwords. That’ll be useless.” “AI will eventually crack the code of everything.” Once AI can break all encryption, everything digital including money becomes accessible.

Joe Rogan says AI will eliminate large categories of jobs within 10 years and that the world will become unrecognizable. He tells Bill Thompson that many things people do now will simply no longer need humans. ROGAN: “Jobs are going to be eliminated… 10 years maximum… the world’s going to be unrecognizable.” Thompson pushes back, arguing that creative work, live experiences, and human connection will remain. He sees a future of cheaper goods, local AI systems, and handmade items becoming more valuable as mass-produced AI content loses its appeal. Thompson also points out that people will still want real human interaction, live music, sports, and theater, even as AI handles more of the everyday economy. ROGAN: “If we don’t get killed by the robots.” THOMPSON: “I just I don't see a path to sentience with AI in its current form today.” ROGAN: “That's another conversation that we're going to have to have when we have more time. That's a long one.”

Joe Rogan and Bill Thompson discuss how social media is filled with bots and completely fake stories. They explain that algorithms often show people only the parts of a politician’s views they already agree with, while the rest stays hidden. Rogan points out that foreign countries, intelligence agencies, and corporations can run coordinated campaigns that make certain viewpoints appear organic. ROGAN: “It’s so super dangerous and super easy to manipulate us. There’s never been a better time to use propaganda on a society than today.” Thompson argues that organized influence campaigns should be illegal and that people should have to post as real individuals. Rogan adds that no one is fully immune to their algorithm, which constantly feeds one-sided content.

Zelensky says Trump is unfairly blaming him for diesel prices. Then Trump tells Ukraine to get a new president. Trump: Stop hitting Russian refineries. It’s causing a shortage. He’d better damn well stop. Zelensky: Russian diesel volume is negligible. Zero impact on U.S. prices. We only hit their energy because they hit ours. They take out our electricity. We hit their diesel. I’ve offered an energy ceasefire. Trump can’t get Putin to agree. So he blames me. Don’t order me not to defend. Give me air defense. Diesel prices don’t depend on Russia’s exports.

“When you see a mass grave with 500 tortured people — kids, adults, elderly — how do you forgive?” Zelensky describes what he saw in Bucha after Ukrainian forces retook the town. He says he walked through streets with bodies lying everywhere, adults, elderly, and children. Hands tied behind their backs. Tortured, then buried in pits. He estimates around 500 people in one mass grave. He then says an elderly man who lived through the Nazi occupation in WWII told him the fascists never treated people the way the Russians did. Zelensky calls it his hardest day of the war and admits that afterward, for the first time in his life, he wanted revenge.

NEW: Steven Bartlett and deathbed scientist Dr. Christopher Kerr go deep on what nearly 90% of dying people experience in the days before death: KERR: “Nearly 90% of people start to have very intense dreams or visions as they get closer to death. And it's unlike anything they've ever experienced... When we ask them to scale it 0 to 10 on the degree of realism, it's always a 10. So it feels like this actually happened.” “The overriding theme is that they're seeing people who they've loved and who they've lost. And very specifically, it's those that have loved them unconditionally, purely, and those that didn't aren't there.” CONTEXT: Kerr has spent nearly 30 years as a hospice physician and interviewed roughly 1,500 dying patients. His research (university-approved, with daily delirium screening) found these experiences are coherent, detailed, and recalled with clarity. Patients consistently reject the word “dream,” rate the realism as 10/10, and report comfort rather than fear. Frequency increases in the final week or two of life. Roughly half occur while patients are awake. The experiences are not treated as delirium in his studies. Delirium is disorganized and usually leaves people distressed. These leave people feeling put back together.
