Felt good to stream again even if it was just to test. I think I need to upgrade my FiOS if I wanna keep streaming. Crazy how my love for old games awakened my love for Tekken again.

The most touching thing was the after credits reel. The movie spends too much time on hero worship and dialogue/gun fights for the toky suit fights. "Erik Reed must be the chosen one" dialogue.

He wrote it.. you're shitting on his work. Was it great no but I went to see JDF to support a man that was a childhood figure as green ranger and to support mental health and stop suicides. That's what I talk about when I mention JDF.
This was the best finale they could have possibly gave him with what they had to work with. Though I agree with most of what you said, this was more of a celebration of his work. The movie had promise but sadly we lost him so we will never know what could have become of the movie
LEGEND OF THE WHITE DRAGON is a heartbreaking disappointment, mostly because Jason David Frank is clearly giving a much better performance than the movie around him deserves.
You can see the film he wanted to make in Erik Reed: a broken, complicated former hero dealing with failure, regret, family, identity and whether he can become the man he used to be again. There are moments where JDF is genuinely excellent, and I kept wishing the entire movie would simply slow down and let him be the focus.
Instead, the film is overstuffed with mythology, generic superhero world-building, thin supporting characters, rough dialogue, weak visual storytelling and action that somehow feels lifeless.
The saddest part is that there was a genuinely interesting character piece buried inside this. If LEGEND OF THE WHITE DRAGON had been smaller, more intimate and centered almost entirely on Erik Reed and his family, I think it could have been something special.
Instead, it spends so much time trying to build a superhero universe that it forgets the most interesting thing it had was Jason David Frank himself.
If you’re seeing it to honor JDF, absolutely go. The post-credits tribute alone will mean something to a lot of fans.
But as a film, this is a huge missed opportunity.
Jason David Frank deserved a better final movie.

I believe what AJ is saying is that that if you had an issue with his son's lack of effort when it came to additional tasks the best and most professional course of action would have been to address it with Avery in private so that he could do better for the future. Instead you took it upon yourself to call him out on it online and by proxy made it personal with the Styles family. It feels like an attempt to make Avery look bad when you do things this way.
On the flip side of things did AJ get a little heated and a bit much with his response? Yes..however it's because he is proud of his son and very defensive of his family. You would understand that as a man and a proud father if you felt like your son was being personally attacked you too would jump in the very same way AJ has. It would simply be better in the future to address issues regarding work etiquette off social media.
