You think my last post was neat, we had some customers today asked if we took away old vehicles. They had a 2001 Ford Ranger single cab long box 4x4 that’s leaking radiator fluid and the rear main seal has a leak. Sat for 2 years. After jumping the battery it started right up. I drove it home. They didn’t want anything to do with it. I’ll find the leaks, fix them and I’ll have a nice little work truck to haul things with! I love this business!

When I started my junk removal business, I never realized the perks I would have. So, a few weeks ago we had a couple throwing away a 2004 Polaris Ranger because it didnt run. After about $100 in parts and my time, it runs like new! Ive made so much money on the side reselling items that people dont want, that work just fine. Ive become a pro at marketplace lol. I now have 2 trailers, a keeper trailer and a toss trailer, especially for estate cleanouts and a storage unit specifically for resell items. Its not always a glorious job, but it sure does have its perks!

Of course it did. You didnt think all the big money and our entire govt who trades stocks were going to let the markets really fall, did you? Lol today was just a quick way to buy more.

The markets aren’t going to crash. You have to remember…powerful people control the markets. Most of our government is involved heavily in the stock markets. They won’t let it fall too much, only enough to allow them to load back up. This is no different than the obvious oil manipulation over the last several months. Now they are just using the elections as an excuse to push down to load back up. In 2 weeks the markets will be making new highs

I decided to take a stroll down Fremont St in Vegas to check things out and ended up in some Halloween rave. To those of you who said Fremont is a little wild, you weren’t kidding lol

Thank you everyone for the awesome suggestions in Vegas! After a quick flight to Vegas we hopped in my mom’s limo (my mom, my sister, my fiance and my 2 (adult) kids are here. We checked in to the four queens, I went straight to White Castle lol. I know I know but I love it. Then I stuck $200 into a machine, lost it in about 10 minutes, said fuck gambling and went to walk Fremont St. The people watching is fantastic lol. Quite a crowd of characters especially on Halloween weekend. Tomorrow we are checking out the Bellagio fountains, Mob Museum, Pawn Stars shop and then check out what we can on the strip. Saturday we’re gonna go to the sphere, Zach Baggins Haunted Museum, and then dinner at Hugo’s. And then see what else we can fit in!

Tomorrow I fly to Las Vegas for the first time in my life. It’s a family trip my mom is paying for. All I know is we are staying at the Four Queens on Fremont (?) street. I’ll be there Thurs afternoon till Sunday morning. What’s a must see in the 2 full days I have?

Im hearing a LOT of things lately about countries urging their citizens to have 3 day to 3 months worth of supplies to live on in case of a disaster/cyber attack, etc. I was born and raised in a small ranch town in South Dakota, everyone you knew had a root cellar with plenty of food, a private well for water, supplies in the pantry for weeks, etc. This is how I still live today. I could survive a year+ completely off grid and self sufficient. Does anyone else still do this? We have gotten spoiled and dependent on infrastructure, one that could collapse within days due to age, vulnerability and instability. Thats no secret. Prepare yourselves friends, even if its a weeks worth of supplies, at least its something. Grok can even make a quick list for you and your area for what you would need to survive for x amount of days.

Good Morning!! This is the first time in weeks that I've been able to sit down and scroll though X, and post. Work has definitely slowed down over the last few weeks, especially noticeable with the calls/texts coming in. This is pretty normal for this area, and then add the rough economy to that. But, this is what I've been preparing for and the true test for the business stability...making it though a South Dakota winter. This year as things slow down, I've set up lots of projects around the house and property to keep me busy, lets hope I don't have time for them due to work coming in!
