1) the Conservative Party manifesto committed to setting up the UKSPF to replace EU funds lost to Brexit and that it would as “a minimum match the size of those funds in each nation”.

Of course, there’s always the ‘Shared Prosperity Fund’ which Gove promised would fully compensate for the loss of subsidies. The ‘prosperity’ came from 40 years economic success in the EU. Covid clearly has killed it. However, the nothing that’s left will be ‘shared’.
