Yes, the umpiring sucked both ways all game. Yes, we're missing 7 of our best 23. Doesn't matter. The boys in Red-and-White tonight played their absolute guts out and left EVERYTHING on the field. You could see it about 5 minutes before 3QT that the tanks were about empty. We're on the outside looking in. We can't possibly know exactly what the boys have been through in the last month. Every 'expert' in the game wrote them off. Said they'd be out in straight sets. Called them a VFL side. Fuck all of them. The boys did us proud tonight. The young cygnets who came in under enormous pressure stood up and have given us a glimpse of the future for the Swans... The future is in good hands. @sydneyswans #AFLSwansFreo
