Replying to @VancityReynolds
@VancityReynolds okay I just realized that Waiting, Deadpool and Super Troopers are a shared universe given that the person of Fred savage exists in DP and ST and the guys in ST love eating at shenanigans.

My theory is Monte snapped and joined the military Martin Blank style and took the name Wade Wilson (w for waiting) to hide from a court martial. Only someone in the service industry could be so snarky and psychotic.

@ThatKevinSmith are you gonna get paid by the MCU for Thor Love and Thunder stealing the plot of Dogma? Thor and Lady Thor are Both Bethany. They’re dealing with the fallout of a breakup based on mistrust and wanting a family and one has divine blood and a crisis of faith.

Both films have a supernatural force helping the villain that allows for childish allies to help. Both films also use humor to address loss, death and faith. Mooby’s = Infinity Cones
Both films have the male and female leads talking while looking out the window of mass transportation while the side characters joke around a few tables away. Also the Thor Stormbreaker Dynamic is very Loki- Bartleby.
They both visit a religious leader who refuses to help them and they steal his sacred weapon. Both have characters dressing up in religious robes (Jay in the deleted Scene) and someone telling them to take them off. Both leaders are played by unlikely celebrities.
In the end the main character ends up with a kid that is both human and divine after the female character dies. There’s also@the parallel of someone on life support using his powers to save the die and dying in various sequences.
The character is tasked by another divine being (who is not descended from a God) to stop a divine being from killing god/gods. That character was played by a Batman actor in both films. Both films also have Matt Damon playing Loki.

The director plays a sweet and funny side character paired up with a bisexual partner with a substance problem. They have a fight where several nameless characters die after public nudity.
The Batman character was previously faithful until everything was taken from him by his deity. Then he gets influenced by a supernatural force in physical form (inspiration/necrosword) who gets destroyed. The Batman also needs the heroes weapon in order to walk through the door.

At least when we passed the anniversary of 911, forty percent of the country wasn't celebrating a tourist excursion gone awry.
