MY WEEKLY RECAP 🧵 Another week of showing up, learning, connecting, and putting in the work. This week, I’ve been: • Reaching out to founders and teams, looking for opportunities to contribute meaningfully to projects building in Web3. • Exploring new protocols, products, and ecosystems to understand what they’re building and where I can add value. • Working on community growth strategies, engagement, moderation, and ways to turn quiet communities into active, connected ones. • Having conversations with builders, exploring potential collaborations, and positioning myself to work hand in hand with teams to bring their visions to life. • Learning more about how to approach projects strategically, communicate better, and create value beyond just holding a Community Manager title. Not every effort comes with an immediate result, but every conversation, every follow up, every bit of research, and every new connection counts. I’m still showing up, still putting in the work, and still betting on the process. The goal is bigger than just getting a role; it’s about growing, contributing, building relationships, and being part of something meaningful. We keep building. We keep pushing. We keep believing. One thing about consistency? You never know which conversation, connection, or opportunity will change everything. Next week, we go again with more intention, more action, and more faith in the work. A win must come. We keep building until it does. 🫡🧱 GM to everyone building in silence. Your time will come. 🤝
