I’ve been somewhat frozen since this story came out. For me, there was only ever smoke. Now however, I think I’ve seen enough to say there is fire. The worst part is, I’m honestly not happy. Since 2018, I’ve defended this specific claim.
Yes, I believed he was antisemitic based on comments. I learned that he was largely in alliance with leftist in regards to Islamist organizations that make up the axis of resistance. I thought this was just misplaced vengeance against the U.S. for the GWOT, and for Israel for the war in Gaza.
I worried that deeper involvement by the Muslim Brotherhood could be there, but I didn’t want to believe it. Partly because it is extremely difficult to comprehend how dangerous this can be if he is elected. It’s especially troubling knowing that despite no foreign policy experience, he REALLY wants a seat on the senate foreign affairs committee.
A lot of Christians think I am not going to heaven because I am a believing Jew. And as long as they don’t murder me and discriminate against me that’s ok. You can’t believe in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism all at once. Im not sure if you can believe in Sunni and Shia or Protestantism and Catholicism at the same time. But we can agree do disagree and go on with the important things in life and we will figure out the rest when we die.
