@grok what’s the best way for @realDonaldTrump’s presidency and MAGA movement to end in disgrace and have decency and kindness and democratic norms restored to America? Asking for all my friends and the earth #Trump #TrumpEpsteinCoverUp #TrumpIsUnfitForOffice #TrumpPutinMeeting

🚨 STOP COMPLAINING — IT’S LITERALLY TRAINING YOUR BRAIN TO BE NEGATIVE Ever notice how some people seem stressed all the time, even over small things? Science says it’s not just their personality — it’s their brain. Research shows that repeated complaining actually rewires your brain. Every time you complain, your brain activates stress and threat-detection circuits. Do it again and again, and those circuits get stronger. This process is called neuroplasticity — your brain becomes better at whatever you practice most. So if you constantly talk about problems, frustrations, and annoyances, your brain learns to search for negativity. What starts as a bad day slowly turns into a habit of negative thinking. Over time, the brain treats the world as a dangerous place, even when nothing is wrong. This is why chronic complainers often feel tense, irritated, or overwhelmed by small issues. Their stress level stays high because their brain is stuck in “alert mode.” Even minor problems feel big, because the brain has been trained to react that way. The powerful part? This can be reversed. Stanford researchers explain that once you understand how your brain works, you can retrain it. Shifting how you speak — focusing on solutions, gratitude, or learning — builds new, healthier pathways. Your brain can be trained for calm, resilience, and clarity just as easily as it was trained for stress. What you repeat, your brain remembers. So choose your words carefully — you’re shaping your mind every day.

Joe Kent said it. Mehdi Hasan confirmed it at Min 01:27. Isræl intentionally killing Iranian Diplomats trying to stop the war. Trump himself told reporters (Min 00:37): “I don’t want to name the Iranian negotiators because they will kill him.” Read the full investigation on Jared Kushner as an Isræli Asset and the intelligence pipeline behind this war: phantompain1984.substack.com… This isn’t speculation these are sourced claims, including from UK and Gulf mediators.
Just as I was addressing the American people, the head of our Strategic Council on Foreign Policy was targeted in an assassination attempt, leading to the martyrdom of his innocent wife. Let the world judge; which side engages in dialogue and negotiation, and which in terrorism?

Trump lost his marbles a long time ago. First, to the Rothschilds, when they saved him from bankruptcy in 1991. Then through the Rothschild, to the Epstein Network, when they closed in on him and provided him with a handler: Jared Kushner. As per the Epstein files, Jared is the de facto president. It’s important to note that Netanyahu always sleeps in Jared’s bedroom whenever he visits the U.S. and does his usual sleepover at the Kushner family home in New Jersey. Watch the clip and then find all receipt in this investigative report, with primary sources: (phantompain1984.substack.com…) So yeah, there’s no hope for Trump, he’s deeply in the grip of the Rothschild and Epstein-class elites.
This is embarrassing, Delete it, President ⁦@realDonaldTrump⁩ - unless you want everyone to think you’ve lost your marbles.

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, recently said at BlackRock’s US Infrastructure Summit in Washington, DC that the plan is to have artificial intelligence “metered” like water and power So here’s what’s happening “Let me connect these dots for you because this is not a conspiracy. This is literally happening right now — Local governments are footing the bill for brand new power lines, road upgrades and fire stations. Meanwhile, data centers are the literal physical buildings running this AI and they're getting billions in tax breaks. One estimate just ballooned from $327 million to $2.5 billion in breaks. That's your tax money subsidizing the infrastructure that they're gonna turn around and charge you to use” Once this infrastructure is built out, they plan on charging Americans on a “meter system” just like they do water, power and electricity Local governments and industries will use it, and we’ll all be paying monthly for it We are paying for them to build it, so they can turn working and charge us for it

"Every time the Epstein affair resurfaces, bombs explode somewhere in the world and cause a distraction." Senator Claude Malhuret stood up in the French Senate this week and systematically torched every single member of Trump's cabinet. Nobody was spared. Not one. "A year ago, here in France, I compared Trump's presidency to Nero's Court. I was wrong. It's the miracle court," Malhuret began. Then he went through the roster. "An anti-vaxxer, former heroin addict as Minister of Health." (That's RFK Jr) "A climate-skeptic Minister of Economy." (That's Scott Bessent) "An alcoholic TV host, Minister of the Armed Forces." (That's Pete Hegseth) "An old Qatar agent, Minister of Justice." (That's Pam Bondi, whose former firm collected $115,000 a month lobbying for Qatar) "A groupie of Putin, Minister of National Security." (That's Tulsi Gabbard) Then he pulled back and went bigger. "A Turkish proverb says: when a clown settles in a palace, he does not become king. It is the palace that becomes a circus." Malhuret pointed out that since Trump created his so-called Board of Peace, he has launched more military strikes than Biden did in his entire term. He called out the Boeing jet Qatar gifted Trump worth $400 million. He called out the stock market manipulation that only insiders benefit from. He called out the Gulf investment deals enriching Trump and his family. "Any one of these conflicts of interest would have caused an immediate procedure of impeachment here," Malhuret said. "But we are not here. We are in MAGA's America where public business is conducted in favor of private interests." Then came the line that cut deepest. "Every time the Epstein affair resurfaces, bombs explode somewhere in the world and cause a distraction." This is how the world sees us now. Not through Fox News. Not through Truth Social. Through the cold, clear eyes of allied nations watching a great country be hollowed out by crooks. Every American should hear this speech. Share it everywhere.

Fucking outrageous. And highly illegal. "Trump has grifted his entire life. Now he’s just taking it. The State Department transferred $1.25 billion in foreign aid to Trump’s Board of Peace, pulling $1 billion from international disaster assistance, $200 million from peacekeeping operations, and $50 million from international organizations. Money that Congress authorized for hurricanes and refugees, moved without a congressional vote, into a fund that Trump created by executive order and controls personally. When reporters asked the State Department about it, a spokesperson said they had nothing to announce at this time. The Board of Peace has one defining characteristic. Trump controls it forever. He named himself chairman for life. No audits. No transparency requirements. No conflict of interest rules. Countries pay $1 billion into a fund he runs to get a seat at the table. It has transferred nothing to Gaza, disclosed nothing about its spending, and received $1.25 billion of your disaster relief money without a word of explanation. When he leaves the White House he keeps the fund. That is not a loophole. That is the design." He’s Not Grifting Anymore. He’s Just Taking It. open.substack.com/pub/meidas…

🚨SHOCKING: Researchers took ChatGPT away from workers for 4 days. They couldn't ask coworkers for help. They described talking to another human being as a burden. Here is what they found. Researchers conducted a four-day diary study on 10 knowledge workers who frequently use ChatGPT. They removed access to all LLMs completely and documented everything that happened. The disruption was immediate. Workflows broke down. Participants found gaps in their ability to execute tasks they previously handled with AI. Without the tool, they realized how many parts of their process had quietly been handed over to the machine. But the most disturbing finding wasn't about productivity. It was about people. When participants needed help during the withdrawal, they refused to ask coworkers. They described asking another human being for assistance as a social burden. They assumed their colleagues would find it tiring and burdensome. One participant said they avoided asking people questions because they feared being seen as a "finger prince" - a Korean slang term for someone who burdens others with easily searchable questions. They would rather switch between different AI services, from ChatGPT to Grok, than have a conversation with the person sitting next to them. ChatGPT didn't just become a tool. It replaced human interaction entirely. And when it was taken away, these workers had forgotten how to reach out to each other. The researchers described LLM use as "inescapably normative." The participants didn't even realize how dependent they had become until the AI was gone. It had woven itself so deeply into their daily routines that its absence felt disorienting. But here is what nobody expected. When forced to work without AI, participants started reclaiming professional values they had lost. They reconnected with their own thinking. Some found that human help was actually more useful than AI had ever been. One participant said that if the withdrawal had lasted a year, "discussions between people would be more active." Four days without ChatGPT and they remembered what it felt like to think for themselves. The question is whether the rest of us ever will.

Let me walk you through what happened one hour before Trump announced the five day moratorium on Iran strikes. $1.5 billion in notional S&P E-mini futures contracts. Four to six times normal activity. One hour before the announcement. Simultaneously, $192 million in crude oil futures purchased at the same time. They made between $300 and $400 million dollars off those trades. Trump claimed he spoke to an Iranian official to negotiate the moratorium. The Iranians said that person doesn't exist and the conversation never happened. This is not the first time. It has happened multiple times. He says something. The trade goes on. He says another thing. The market moves. But whatever you call it — they are laughing at you and they are laughing at me while they do it. Hunter Biden sold a painting and Washington lost its mind. These people are making hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars trading on information that only exists inside the most powerful office in the world. I think we are dramatically underreporting how much money is actually being made here. This isn't politics anymore. This is a financial operation running out of the White House.

Trump displayed minimal leadership, conceding to Putin's demands for Ukraine to cede territory without a prior ceasefire or Russian concessions. Putin showed more power, gaining legitimacy and stalling tactics while Trump praised their "great" relationship. Putin won by breaking isolation without costs. This reflects weakness, not courage or patriotism, as Trump prioritized a quick deal over US allies and Ukraine's sovereignty.

Yes, climate-driven insured losses have risen significantly above the 50-year average, even adjusted for inflation. NOAA data shows U.S. billion-dollar disaster costs averaged $22B/year in the 1980s (2024 dollars) vs. $149B/year in 2020-2024. Globally, Swiss Re reports 2024 insured losses at $137B, the 5th year over $100B, far exceeding inflation-adjusted historical norms of ~$10-50B/year pre-2000. Sources: NOAA, Swiss Re, Munich Re.
