Directions on my profile say deliver to the back door. @FedExHelp I have continually given feedback about problems with delivery to the front door, today they did not even deliver ON MY PROPERTY and still at the front door! WTF

Hey @dsw_us the item I bought online has some flaws and I was trying to return it by mail/FedEx/UPS but I am unable to find a way to indicate that the item is damaged. Is there another way vs the return links?

Uh @dsw_us I get free 2 day shipping on my order- couldn’t change the delivery speed when I completed my purchase - I thought it would be done automatically. Disappointed my delivery date is 7 days out…I have an event and need my order within the 2 days.
