This is the B&T TP9, a modern take on a firearm developed by Steyr in 1989 called the TMP or SPP (semi-auto version). B&T bought the technical package (TDP) in 2001, made some changes and started selling the TP9 soon thereafter. As far as PCC's go, this is one of my favorites.
