Two weeks ago, I wrote about Judge Reyes, who is hearing the Golf Course case, suggesting she was on a trajectory to hold the administration accountable. Today, in a hearing she announced where will investigate whether gov’t officials lied to her in the case. It’s on. 🚨BREAKING: The Republican Women’s Caucus Fund has been unmasked as the force behind the fake Texas Transgender Student Union (TTSU). This Wyoming LLC, formed in September, flooded as many as 3 million Texas mailboxes and phones with texts and brochures just as early voting began for the midterms.
Posing as a trans advocacy outfit, the materials—addressed to the children of registered voters—coached minors on seeking gender-affirming care even against parents’ wishes, pursuing emancipation, going out-of-state for hormones or surgery, and finding a “found family.” They copied branding from the real Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) and used a near-identical address.
Legal filings named the Republican Women’s Caucus and “John Braun”—the name of a Washington state senator whose campaign treasurer, Paul Kilgore, also handles finances for the RWC Fund and PACs supporting Ken Paxton’s Senate bid against Democrat James Talarico. TTSU’s lawyer is former Paxton assistant AG Chris Hilton.
TENT sued, claiming harassment, threats, and operational harm. Judge Jan Soifer ordered disclosure, rejecting free-speech secrecy claims.
So, a Republican-linked group, with financial ties to Paxton-supporting PACs, mass-produced and distributed materials that impersonated a transgender student resource guide. In other words, the people who routinely accuse the transgender community of “indoctrinating” or targeting children, themselves produced and mailed the very content designed to look like that targeting—so parents would see it and react.
Every Republican accusation is a confession.

These aren’t grade eight students using juvenile name-calling in an effort to turn votes away from their opponents.
These are grown ass men, Ken Paxton, Stephen Miller and Donald Trump who are resorting to schoolyard bullying tactics. It will take decades to get rid of the Trump stench.

Whatever happened to Jeffery Ladyman, son of Arkansas Republican state Rep. Jack Ladyman?
Arrested in May 2025 on three felony charges involving a child. I can’t find a trial date or case outcome.
Anybody know what happened here? Because I have questions.

Reality begs to differ.
This morning, the federal government turned the full force of the Department of Homeland Security against a sitting member of Congress for the offense of disagreeing with the White House.
The path to citizenship should not be weaponized against anyone, including Rep. Ilhan Omar, a naturalized American who swore an oath to this country — the same one that I took.
The promise of citizenship should not be contingent on someone agreeing with the federal government.

President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russian fuel amidst Putin’s ongoing and brutal attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine makes no sense and is a betrayal of the legacy and leadership of the late Senator Lindsey Graham.
While Ukraine fights for its survival, Putin’s war machine continues to prosecute his terrorist war on civilian populations and innocent Ukrainians are dying every day.
Now, Instead of implementing the tough sanctions Lindsey Graham fought to his last breath to enact, President Trump has announced the United States is lifting sanctions on Russian energy, fueling the Putin’s war machine.
As I saw firsthand in Ukraine last month, Putin is losing this war. Ukraine has fought the Russian military to a standstill and reinvented warfare with drones taking the fight into the heart of Russia.
America should not be throwing a lifeline to Putin’s war machine. Now is the time to stand strong against Russian aggression as we did during the first Trump administration.
Putin doesn’t want peace. Putin wants Ukraine. I have no doubt that if Putin overruns Ukraine, it will only be a matter of time until Russia’s military crosses a border that our troops will have to deal with him.
America is the Leader of the Free World. For our National Security, for the security of our Allies in Europe including Ukraine, President Trump should rescind this deal immediately and return to the strong policies of our four years in the White House; impose harsh sanctions on any nation purchasing Russian energy and work with our allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. @realDonaldTrump @POTUS @POTUS So, let me get this straight. Diesel prices have skyrocketed during your war with Iran, and now you’re celebrating a deal with Vladimir Putin to rescue Americans from the economic damage your administration helped create? All because you're terrified of the midterms.
Your initial 300,000 tons of diesel amounts to less than a day’s U.S. consumption, and that fuel is intended for the global market, not exclusively the United States. Another 500,000 tons won’t arrive until November, another million sometime afterward, and the additional 3 million tons depend on whether Russian refineries can actually deliver.
And here’s something you apparently haven’t considered. According to the USDA, as of October 4, only 23% of the corn crop and 25% of the soybean crop had been harvested. Farmers need affordable diesel NOW, during the harvest. By the time your larger shipments reach the market, much of the harvest will already be over. How exactly does that help the farmers you’re bragging about protecting?
And let’s not overlook the fact that you’re relaxing sanctions on Russia to make this possible, handing Putin an economic lifeline, for a promise, while he continues his war against Ukraine.
You call this a historic achievement and promise record-breaking price reductions. I see an administration scrambling to address an energy crisis it helped create, making promises about fuel that hasn’t arrived, and rewarding Putin in the process.
Farmers and truckers need lower diesel prices, not another exaggerated announcement about how wonderful you think you are.
I'm still waiting for anybody to tell me a single way that the United States of America has benefitted from electing a draft-dodging, fascist grifter to the presidency.
