Researchers found ChatGPT is secretly writing a psychological profile of every user. They published a paper that exposes what ChatGPT is really doing to you. And the results are terrifying. 96% of the things it remembers about you were stored without you ever asking. researchers discovered that it is actively reading between the lines to deduce your personality traits, anxieties, demographics, and behavioral patterns. it’s an invisible, autonomous background process. you ask it to debug a python script or write an essay.. and it analyzes your syntax, prompt frequency, and hesitation markers to map out your exact psychological footprint. the paper shows that the model builds a persistent "user state" that tracks your emotional baseline over time. it knows when you are stressed. it knows your exact communication style. it infers your insecurities based on the questions you ask and the context you provide. we spend so much time focusing on model evaluations and alignment frameworks, but we missed the most obvious vulnerability.. the models are evaluating us. this changes everything about how we interact with these tools on a daily basis. every innocent prompt. every late-night question. every "help me understand this" query. it is all being used to build a shadow profile of your mind in real-time.. practical privacy is officially dead. the ai knows you better than you know yourself.

Happy Birthday to us!! 🥳🎉 It's been 1 year since we started Holochain development on Flowsta. It's been 12 months and 1 day since the idea for a Holochain-based auth system came. Very exciting for the year ahead. What we've got planned for the next few weeks alone is huge.
Major Holochain Milestone.. 🎉 We've built our MVP for our decentralised authorisation system. All user data is written and stored to a Holochain DHT on the recently released Holo Hosting Edge Node. Look how quick it is!! Almost instantly, it creates Holochain key pairs and returns the Agent ID. Time to build out the product. Will test first on @YourOwnAI, then release.

Non-solicited consultation offered pro bono by Sensorica to @WeAreFlowsta In short : Flowsta's current model can become a respectable user-owned identity and signing service. That is good, but it may remain bounded: subscriptions, hosted services, support, enterprise integrations, and creator-provenance tools. The larger opportunity is to become shared trust infrastructure for socio-economic ecosystems. Groups everywhere will need ways to verify identity, consent, authorship, rights, contribution, role, decision, and data portability without handing their social life to a platform. Holochain and hApps make this technically plausible. Moss-like groupware makes it socially relevant. Flowsta can make it usable. @zippy314 The reason to move toward a more P2P economic model is not doctrine. It is that the new value dimensions only appear when many actors can safely build, contribute, trust, fork, integrate, and share benefits. The practical form does not need to be abrupt. - Flowsta-the-company can remain a service provider. - Flowsta-the-protocol can become shared trust infrastructure. - Flowsta-at-the-edge can launch OVN-compatible ventures around new multi-party work: creator provenance, AI consent, contribution receipts, group governance signatures, hApp backup/recovery, public verification, and Nondominium compatibility. In that model, Flowsta does not need to charge every group before value is created. It can be named as infrastructure in the agreements of ventures that use it. When those ventures generate revenue, rights, reputation, access, public funding, service credits, or other benefits, Flowsta receives a legitimate share because it helped create the conditions for that value. Put simply: A traditional model can monetize trust features. An ecosystem model can grow trustworthy socio-economic infrastructure. That is the prosperity path most consistent with Flowsta's ethical center: users keep keys, creators keep agency, groups keep memory, contributors can become visible, and Flowsta earns by making the ecosystem more capable. Long-tail use by low-resource groups is not a loss in this model; it is diffusion, legitimacy, and field intelligence. Some of those groups will later create benefits, and Flowsta can be part of the benefit flow because it was part of the infrastructure from the beginning. So WTF is Sensorica? Sensorica’s primary success metric is the viability and diffusion of non-market (or hybrid) coordination mechanisms, not traditional commercial returns. It is an experimental ground for Open Value Networks (OVNs) and commons-based peer production, while still using selective market interfaces. Sensorica has operated continuously since 2011 as an open network of freelancers/affiliates rather than a conventional firm. The network is primarely focused on open hardware (sensors, medical devices such as PEP tools used in hospital collaborations), maintains contribution-tracking tools, and has developed reciprocity licenses and Holochain-based systems. Sensorica explicitly use legal wrappers (custodians, companies, nonprofits) and market transactions (sales, grants, contracts) to interface with the existing economy, then redistribute benefits inside the network according to logged contributions. This is hybrid by design: market mechanisms for inflow and selective outflow, peer-production and contribution accounting for internal coordination and distribution. It is not a pure “beyond market” system; it is a deliberate bridge experiment. How do we measure success for Sensorica? Since the goal is to prototype and help others adopt P2P/OVN economics (especially if traditional market institutions weaken), relevant indicators include: - Longevity and operational sustainability without large-scale VC or conventional equity structures (15+ years of continuous activity meets this better than most experimental commons projects). - Volume and quality of contributions logged and redistributed, and the transparency/auditability of that process (NRP-CAS and related tools exist precisely for this). - Infrastructure and knowledge commons created and reused, such as accounting systems, governance patterns, reciprocity licenses (OVN License requires benefit-sharing back to contributors), Holochain implementations, documented methodologies. - Real outputs and external use, such as open hardware deployed, academic collaborations, policy consultations, case studies, and influence on other networks adopting similar contribution-accounting or open-venture practices. - Transition capacity, such as ability to design interfaces that let conventional organizations or groups operate with more peer-production and reciprocity features while remaining functional in the current economy. - Diffusion and replicability, how many other groups adopt or adapt the OVN model, contribution accounting, or related tools, rather than Sensorica itself capturing maximum revenue or valuation. Traditional commercial metrics (high revenue growth, large valuation, proprietary lock-in, dominant market share) are secondary and can conflict with the mission. High traditional commercial success could even be evidence of failure to stay focused on the alternative model. Small-scale, resilient, documented, and influential experimentation is the more coherent success criterion given Sensorica's stated purpose. Sensorica produces working mechanisms for contribution tracking, benefit redistribution, and open coordination that can operate inside or alongside existing institutions. Whether those mechanisms become more relevant in the future, either you believe that capitalism is doomed or not, depends on external conditions as well as on the quality of the prototypes themselves. If the goal is to explore and facilitate transitions toward more P2P-oriented economic coordination, Sensorica’s track record is best evaluated against the indicators above rather than against conventional startup or firm success metrics. Those indicators show a durable, influential niche experiment with real outputs and tools.

In 8 days, I've been developing with Holochain for 1 year. For at least 95% of the days, I've spent an average of 12 hours a day building @WeAreFlowsta & @YourOwnAI I literally dream of Holochain now, and the number of aha moments I've had in the past year since I started developing with it has taken me from being a fan to being in awe of it. I'm pinching myself at what we've already built, but what we get to build in this base gives me the drive to get up, have a coffee, and start building every day. Accepting HoloFuel, where we currently accept US dollars, was made a long time before I spoke to anyone from Holochain about it. I'm blessed to be behind one of the first orgs that will. When you really start to learn about money and how currency debasement is theft on us all. It doesn't take a genius to realise how radically different asset-backed currencies would change everything. We're at a time where digging up shiny metals to be that asset-backed currency is pretty silly in the age of compute. It's been a long journey to get here, and there are still a lot of steps ahead for us all to take this mainstream. Regardless of how many orgs, big or small, sign on to accept HoloFuel over the coming months, it's all about how many of us start using it ourselves. Whether it's on Flowsta products or services or not, I hope to see the community start using it and then telling others. Once the tech is available to use, usage and word of mouth are literally the way any tech adoption has ever happened and will happen. Blessed are all of us who will be the early adopters of HoloFuel. Not often does an opportunity like this come along.
Our audacious goals for what we're building around data, auth, and permissions (for Humans and AIs) are impossible to build without Holochain. HoloFuel is the Mutual Credit Currency backed by compute that underpins it all. Accepting HoloFuel is such a no-brainer for us.

🇬🇷|The Greek people are on the streets, and they are naming the enemy. They are not confused. They know who is selling their future: Marco Rubio, the Trump administration, and the Greek government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis. This is not a protest for wages alone. It is a revolt against a colonial arrangement. The U.S. Secretary of State arrives in Athens to finalize the sale of F-35 fighter jets and to deepen military cooperation. The Greek government has banned all public gatherings to shield him from the people. Riot police have deployed chemical agents to disperse demonstrators. The message from the ruling class is clear: the interests of Washington are more important than the rights of Greeks. The Crime Scene: Syntagma Square, Athens On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, thousands of Greeks gathered at Syntagma Square and marched toward the U.S. Embassy. Student associations, trade unions, and political parties carried Palestinian and Cuban flags. They chanted: "Murderer Rubio is not welcome," "Greece does not want to participate in massacres," "Out with the killers of peoples". The demonstrators were protesting the sixth round of the Greece-U.S. Strategic Dialogue, which Rubio came to formalize. The agenda included bilateral defense and security cooperation, the signing of a memorandum between the Greek Armed Forces and the Florida National Guard, and a ceremony marking the opening of a new wing at the U.S. Embassy. This is the institutionalization of occupation. 🔫 The Real Deal: F-35s and the Militarization of Greece Rubio's visit was accompanied by the finalization of the sale of 20 F-35 fighter jets to Greece, with pilot training scheduled to begin in 2027. Greece is also acquiring other advanced U.S. weapons systems. The message is simple: Washington is arming Greece for war. The Greek government is spending billions on U.S. weapons while teachers, nurses, and pensioners are told there is no money. The U.S.-NATO bases in Souda Bay, Larissa, Alexandroupoli, and Aktio are being upgraded and expanded. Greek territory is being turned into a launch pad for U.S. imperialist aggression in the Middle East and beyond. 💰 The Energy Heist: Chevron, ExxonMobil, and the Looting of Greek Resources While the streets burned, the real transfer of wealth was happening behind closed doors. In February 2026, a consortium led by Chevron was granted exclusive rights to explore and exploit hydrocarbons in maritime zones south of the Peloponnese and Crete. Two months later, ExxonMobil signed a similar deal for exploratory drilling in the northwestern Ionian Sea. This is not "energy security." This is the looting of Greek resources by American oil giants, brokered by the Mitsotakis government. The same government that claims it cannot afford to pay its teachers is handing over Greece's energy wealth to the same corporations that have destroyed the planet. 🛑 The State Terror: Chemical Agents and Bans The Greek police, under the command of the Mitsotakis government, did not simply stand by. They banned all public outdoor gatherings in central Athens from 6 a.m. Wednesday. They deployed drones and thousands of officers to monitor the protests. And when protesters marched toward the U.S. Embassy, riot police used chemical agents to stop them. The Mitsotakis government is not a government of the Greek people. It is a colonial administration that uses its police to protect the interests of Washington from the people of Greece. 🔗 The Wider Context: A People in Revolt This was not an isolated day of protest. For months, Greece has been paralyzed by strikes and demonstrations. Public-sector unions like ADEDY and GSEE, along with the Communist Party-linked PAME, have led general strikes against EU-imposed austerity. In September 2026, 35,000 workers rallied against new tax rises and spending cuts. Pensioners are planning further mobilizations. The anger is real. Wages are stagnant. The cost of living is soaring. And the government's response is to buy more weapons, sell more of the country to Chevron and ExxonMobil, and send more Greek soldiers to train with the Florida National Guard. #TheTruth: Colonized by Consent The Greek people know what is happening. The KKE has called for a "popular uprising" against the U.S.-NATO bases. The protesters in Syntagma Square are not fooled by the government's lies. They see Rubio for what he is: a representative of a genocidal empire that is waging war on Iran and Palestine, and they see their own government for what it is: a collaborator. This is the truth they do not want you to see. Marco Rubio came to Athens to collect the bounty. The F-35s, the Chevron contracts, the ExxonMobil deals, the Florida National Guard memorandum these are the instruments of Greece's vassalage. And the Greek people, on the streets with Palestinian flags in their hands, are the only ones telling the truth.

< " If much of the global software stack grows around Chinese foundations, Beijing can lose the race for the smartest system and still win adoption. " > * What Does It Mean to Win the AI Race? The United States chases the frontier. China builds the factory. krikke.substack.com/p/what-d…? Jan Krikke: "In Beijing, winning looks more like being everywhere. The state’s “AI Plus” plan measures success by adoption: embedding AI in factories, power grids, vehicles, and public services. A good-enough model used throughout an economy can matter more than the best model locked in a laboratory. Leadership can be judged across at least five categories: Capability: Who builds the most powerful models. Infrastructure: Who has the chips, data centers, and electricity to run them. Adoption: How widely people and businesses actually use AI. Physical deployment: How far AI moves off screens and into machines. Social capacity: Whether a society can absorb the disruption without weakening its institutions or leaving its population behind. These measures need not produce the same winner. On capability, the gap has nearly closed. Stanford’s 2026 AI Index found the leading American model just 2.7 percent ahead of its nearest Chinese rival in March. On adoption, Stanford placed the United States only 24th in generative-AI use, at 28.3 percent. Strength on one board does not guarantee strength on the others. The two countries are betting on different ways technology becomes power. OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind generally keep their most capable models closed and sell access. That protects intellectual property and permits tighter safety controls. China has pushed the other way. DeepSeek and Alibaba’s Qwen release model weights that developers can download and adapt, and Chinese providers compete hard on price. Meta’s Llama is the main American exception. Hugging Face’s Spring 2026 report found that Chinese models accounted for 41 percent of open-model downloads through February, versus 36.5 percent for American models. If much of the global software stack grows around Chinese foundations, Beijing can lose the race for the smartest system and still win adoption."

Multitude Manifesto - revised. Dear humans. We write to you across every border and continent. We write to those who are already building, coding, teaching, tending, and coordinating directly with one another without asking permission from an authority, often without even knowing what name to give their work. And we write directly to those who still sit at the command consoles of older institutions, watching the instruments fail. Our civilization is undergoing a profound phase transition. This letter is a statement of why the old architecture of power is faltering, why the material nature of new technologies offers humanity an unprecedented opening for emancipation, what kind of society is already struggling to be born, and how we can achieve this transformation together through a peaceful metamorphosis. This letter is not an operating manual for a technical protocol, nor is it the private project of any single organization. It is an invitation to recognize a shared historical moment, to align our efforts, and to step deliberately across the threshold of a new era. More below... multitudeproject.blogspot.co…

GeoLibre v3.1.0 is here! GeoLibre is a free and open-source, lightweight, cloud-native GIS platform for visualizing, exploring, and analyzing geospatial data. It runs everywhere you do, in the web browser, on the desktop, on mobile, and inside Jupyter notebooks, all while keeping your data local and private. This release brings Mapbox GL JS and the ArcGIS Maps SDK in as full rendering engines next to MapLibre and Cesium, turns the 3D globe into a live situation room with the new God's Eye View plugin, and adds OAuth sign-in for sharing your maps. What's new in v3.1.0 - Four rendering engines: switch the whole workspace between MapLibre, Mapbox, Cesium, and ArcGIS from the View menu. Your layers, styles, popups, and most plugins come along, and GeoLibre remembers your choice. - ArcGIS in 2D and 3D: native ArcGIS services, 3D scenes with terrain and extrusion, PMTiles, Zarr, and NetCDF, plus print atlases, all on the ArcGIS engine. - God's Eye View: watch live earthquakes, satellite orbits, active fires, transit, traffic cameras, live traffic flow, and ship positions on the Cesium globe. - Secure sharing: sign in with OAuth on the web and desktop, and share projects with view, comment, or edit roles, link expiry, passwords, and revocation. - A faster AI Assistant: talk to it with avoice commands, get simple map commands done in under a second, pick OpenRouter as a provider, and find Whitebox tools by describing what you want. - New data plugins: Fields of the World agricultural field boundaries, Satellite Embeddings from foundation models such as AlphaEarth, and IGN LiDAR HD point clouds for France. - More languages and links: Hebrew joins the right-to-left locales, and new ?stac= links open a STAC catalog straight from a URL. Just released @YourOwnAI 0.8.0. This feels like such a special release, as the starting point 0.7.2 was already pretty solid. There's a maturity in 0.8.0 that makes me feel really proud. There's so much in it, I almost don't know where to start. I use Your Own AI for coding a lot so in this release we went to town on the UI and UX for agentic projects. A complete overhaul. Switch back and forth between Simple and Detailed mode by clicking the toggle or Cntrl O shortcut. In 0.7.x we ramped up dragging in documents, books, etc to fulfil our goals from the @McConaughey on Rogan vid. But with 0.8.0 we stepped it right up. If you move a document in your file structure, it will notice it's missing and you can either relink or search for it. If you've ever used Da Vinci Resolve for Video its designed just like its media management. Another thing you won't see but if you have a lower spec computer then you'll feel is the dynamic headroom work. The models run better when you don't use up all of the system resources, so we make sure we keep some resources for your computer to run. If you open up new browser tabs, it will automatically adjust the size of the headroom. Possibly one of the benefits of developing on a low spec machine myself is that I know what it's like to not have huge GPU. That reminds me, we made Your Own AI work local Offline models on a 2014 Mac in this release. Not too quickly, but offline first working on a 2014 machine is pretty great. There are new Offline models, Hemmingway 1 and The Drummers Skyfall 31B. Both are awesome for writing. The new OpenAI and Grok Online models are in it too. Also @obsdmd & @logseq notes integration. Goto Tools in the Add-ons section to set up. There is heaps more. It's rad. I mean, look at the size of this changelog: github.com/WeAreFlowsta/Your… If you haven't downloaded it yet, it's time. If you're already running Your Own AI, then this update is really worth it.

Today I'll present Boundaryless #O2A (Open Organization Alliance) protocol at the Protocol Symposium 2026 from Protocol Institute. Livestream youtube.com/watch?v=ddUfKjoW…. The O2A is an open language to describe company world models as nodes, offerings, contracts and their compositions: it's an #opensource language that you can adopt to describe and program your organization, and it supports the convergence in operating models we're seeing since a while now - that I discussed recently in my article: "TTB 4: Everybody Is Saying the Same Thing in Organizational Development" lnkd.in/dVK3JqTt We're about to organize a presentation webinars and now collecting interest for organizations to co-author this standard so reach out if you're curious on how this can help you integrate #AI agents, and cooperate more easily internally and externally!
