I now have a very disappointed wife, no vehicle, and lost all respect for @Nissanusa and Serra Nissan. Truly no honor anymore!

@NissanUSA Yesterday my wife was thrilled when I surprised her with a new Nissan Pathfinder. Dealer confirmed the order, took my deposit and told me to come pick it up this afternoon. Get a call as we were leaving to go pick up her new car, salesman says we cannot honor the order

@progressive day 56, still waiting on @progressive to fix my daughter's car. She was rear ended by a @progressive driver. I was warned by the body shop, @progressive is the worst.

@progressive absolutely an insurance joke, better hope you never have a claim. When the body shop says who is the claim against, we say Progressive, their first word is good luck, they are the worst to deal with.
