Walked away from large following awhile back because Twitter became a cesspool of political hate. I'm back. Starting over. Trying to stick to my roots. @AFSBALL #CollegeAthletics #CollegeSoftball #CollegeFootball #TravelBall, and maybe a little #ProfessionalLiability & #TitleIX.

I root for chaos! #CollegeFootball Don't let anyone tell you the #NIL or #TransferPortal is destroying #CollegeAthletics. This weekend destroys that argument. @BYUfootball @Big12Conference

Wore my #TXST polos three days this week just reminding everyone @TxStateBobcats compete in the @pac12 on national TV every week against opponents every college sports fan in America can find on a map. Love my school! Thank you @txst! #EatEmUpCats #TexasStateFootball @TXSTATEFOOTBALL @TXStateSoftball

Tell me again how #CollegeFootball is in "chaos, " and the sky is falling because of #NIL and #TransferPortal. Nope! Today was a GREAT day! • No. 1 Georgia loses to Auburn (unranked) • No. 4 Indiana lose to Ohio State (#5) • No. 6 Alabama loses to Tennessee (#14) • No. 7 Texas loses to Florida (unranked) • No. 16 Miss State loses to LSU (#22) Let's go @BYUfootball and @FSUFootball I root for chaos. @NCAAFootball #NCAAFootball @CFBPlayoff #CFBPlayoff @espn @SEC usatoday.com/story/sports/nc…

The 24-team playoff that #CollegeFootball fans don't want. Purists believe #NIL money is killing #CollegeAthletics. In fact, it's @espn, the P4, and delusional presidents and boosters. Just give me back the bowl season that mattered. sports.yahoo.com/college-foo…

A little more than a year ago while surfing social media one night, I stumbled on a rock band called @SonsOfLegion_ It's been four decades since I had the same reaction. That was 1984. I was a junior in college when I "discovered" @springsteen. I remember it like it was yesterday. It changed my life at a critical time when I needed inspiration. In 42 years, I've seen #Springsteen live just three times. Every show amazing! I've now seen #SonsOfLegion live three times in 2026 alone. The most authentic rock band in decades. No label. Just a band and their fans. Like old friends. Music for your soul. If you're searching for something REAL in these strange times, listen to this band. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Adam and Daddy Jack. Your music has inspired an old man. #WalkingOnTheEdge #Power #Angels #Strange #WildHorses #StandAndDeliver #Carolina #RememberMyName

I have mixed feelings here. Older now and an attorney, I understand both sides. But also as someone who has seen up close 40 years of failure by #TXST to work WITH Greek life, and years of outright animosity by some in student life administration, my opinion, this is a systemic failure by the university decades in the making. Hopefully Dr. Damphouse can get greeks in the stands in mass whatever it takes now. Then figure out a compromise going forward to keep them there.

Showtime! @SonsOfLegion_ @TxTCUTheatre

See you there tomorrow! Third time in 2026. Most authentic rock band in decades. No label. Just a band and their fans. Music for your soul. "There's an old man coming but he ain't here yet." @SonsOfLegion_ @TxTCUTheatre #SonsOfLegion #WalkingOnTheEdge

We've come a long way since I got out of high school. Just getting started. Until the whole world knows our name. #EatEmUpCats #TxSt #PAC12 @pac12 @txst @TXSTATEFOOTBALL

The lies being told to generate public support for the #PCSA is staggering. There are real serious problems in #CollegeAthletics. But paying college players isn't one of them.
