Midwives need you. Together we stand to turn our quiet voices into a roar calling for change in maternity services. Save our midwives. #marchwithmidwives

I never regret going out for a walk 🚶♀️🌻🌳🍁🐄🐴☀️☁️⛈🌈 – at Rochdale, England
I'm not saying nature will 'make you better' or walking will make all your troubles disappear. But I am saying it wil help. Thinking becomes clearer when you walk & exposure to nature decreases stress levels. #naturefix #walking
Enjoying the virtual challenges, keeping me motivated during lockdown #runendtoend 🏃🏼♀️
Out #running tonight just starting to go dark. Two men in a parked van blast the horn and laugh as we run past. Why? Wtf? Would they have done that to two men running past? I doubt it. – at Rochdale, England
Had a month off in February but actually missed daily yoga practice 🧘♀️ 🙏so starting again with March MOVE #YogaWithAdriene #ywamove #ywa – at North West, England
Absolutely made my day when I read this poem beautifully written by 9 year old Madeleine, who’s mummy Gemma had a homebirth last year. Inspiring a future generation into the midwifery profession 💖🤰🏡👶 #homebirth #midwifery #midwife #futuremidwife – at Rochdale, England
