iβm starting to think "would you use this?" is one of the worst questions to ask about a new product
people are nice
they will tell you an idea sounds "great"
but putting an actual price in front of them changes the conversation completely
iβm trying to get comfortable doing that much earlier
efficiency maxxing
- took a run
- marathon prep
- had father-son time
- heard @arvidkahl's episode #397
- flooded my brain with fresh air
and along the way, another runner joined the run and we had a social talk
before redesigning a website, i would rather understand 3 things:
1. where visitors come from
2. what theyβre supposed to do next
3. how many enquiries become customers
a prettier landing page wonβt necessarily fix a broken conversion path
learned that from a recent client conversation
i donβt need another productivity tool
i need to get more comfortable hearing βnoβ before spending another weekend building something π
eat what you can stick with every day
my breakfast since 2 years:
- oats & crunchy cereal
- skyr
- protein powder
- apple
- peanut butter
simple, high in protein, and never gets boring
pretty sure @CoachDanGo would approve
whatβs your go-to breakfast?

Day 10 building while walking
They habit tried to die twice today
β midday timelapse failed
π© then the walking pad remote broke
So i vibe coded a walking pad remote for this 2nd building walk
Should i switch to a GoPro for filming?
(video quality at dark rooms is mad imo)

recording a video, send it to Claude and upload it. entirely skipped CapCut
what a time to be alive
4.7k people follow me here
and iβm still figuring out what the hell iβm doing π
building businesses after my 9 to 5, raising a family and somehow walking on a treadmill while doing it
some experiments work, plenty donβt
thanks to all, following my journey β€οΈ
i thought patience was one skill i could tick off the list
then i became a dad
turns out, i was nowhere near done learning it
iβve always had a lot of patience
but nothing has stretched it like being a parent
and i only just realized something
patience isnβt something you learn once and master forever
itβs a skill life keeps forcing you to develop
whatβs been your version of βthen i became a dadβ?
