a gigantic cash transfer from the ABC, our universities and social support systems literally keeping people alive, to the weapons industry of a disintegrating superpower led by a sociopath. *fuck* scott morrison and everyone who put him there.

Sunday case total was 1362. Just shy of the 1418 predicted by our mob. While technically correct to say our doubling time is 'between 3 & 4', it's much closer to 3 than 4- today, it's 3.054. We need to get at LEAST to 6 days. Wedesday is the next check in. 2724 is the number.

Having served 36yrs as a NSW Police Officer & worked at many protests, I can only say that I am more than saddened by this image. 😧 – at New South Wales, Australia
As police went about their move-on order at Kirribilly House, one girl was visibly frightened during police direction. She and her father complied with the move-on order. #ClimateProtest

This will keep happening until our approach changes. Our politicians have been advised, unequivocally, about what the evidence and expertise tells us that we should do. They have chosen not to listen. Ensuing preventable deaths are on them to explain. smh.com.au/national/nsw/man-…

The amazing team of young ‘creatives’, led by Andrew McWilliam, and working with @pilltestingaus pro bono, have just released their latest CSA- and it’s a thing of beauty. Please share it widely, & RT- especially with those who have most to learn! pilltestingaustralia.com.au/…

#BREAKING Draft NSW Coroner's report has recommended #pilltesting at festivals and an end to strip searches and the use of drug dogs. #auspol likely to resist the advice of experts and Coroner for unknown illogical, ideological reasons. 🤷‍♂️ #harmreduction #druglawreform

Just another example of a costly, failing and harm producing policy being prioritized over proven harm reduction policies such as front of house pill testing, heroin prescription programs etc - our politicians need to explain why?
For those who forget that the ghost of Nancy Reagan still strides across this Wide Brown Land. Abstinence-based policy works every bit as well for drugs as it does for sex. It doesn’t.

Definitely a 1st for Australia... & I'm not too sure how many national governments have ever hosted a demonstration of #pilltesting within the halls of power, anywhere in the world. We welcome all shades of politics to come along and see how #pilltesting works, the way we do it!
Off to Canberra for a demonstration by @pilltestingaus at Parliament House then meeting the Hon. Zali Steggall, Chris Bowen & Senator Richard Di Natale to discuss festivals & how we need to embrace evidence based #harmreduction strategies ASAP. 🙏🏻❤️ #pilltesting #auspol

If there is nothing to hide, why so shy? This is how Inquests work. They ask all the hard questions, and expect answers. Coroners are not politicians- they can't be fobbed off with misdirection. smh.com.au/national/nsw/top-… via @smh

Despite strip searches, sniffer dogs & billions spent on policing young people will continue to take drugs. We know #pilltesting WILL help reduce harm and the number of drugs consumed. Thanks Dylan Harrison for our very first advert. #harmreduction #auspol vimeo.com/353955867

It has never been made more clear, by @GladysB herself, that @GladysB doesn’t actually understand how #pilltesting works. Even if a drug contains ‘JUST’ MDMA, patron change their consumption patterns to make them less likely to be harmed. The fact that @Gladys doesn’t know the...
Strip searches are on the rise. Do music festival strip searches put the privacy and freedom of young people at risk? #QandA

This is just punitive policing, 101. Rubbish approach to drugs, causing more harm than the drugs themselves. It's about time folk started raising their game in Australia. Shame on those in healthcare, collaborating with this approach. abc.net.au/news/2019-08-22/n… via @ABCNews
