How can historical sources help in #conservation? We examined 275-year old handwritten naturalist's notes to provide further evidence that a few specific reefs on the Welsh coast are vitally important to critically endangered angel sharks, which have become extinct elsewhere

It was great to have @ocean_tea_ helping with our lab work over the last few weeks through a paid @sos_bangor_uni summer internship. She helped process seabed samples collected from the #RVPrinceMadog. Lots of amphipods to test our ID skills on (note the colours are not natural!)
