Unsure if this is rage bait, but when billions of dollars depend on your systems, automatic rollback is a must, not an excuse to test less. You’ll never perfectly replicate prod, so you need strong pre-prod testing plus canaries, progressive rollouts, observability and rollback.

1/ Controversial take: hard work is more important than smart work. It's a myth that we only have a few hours of good creative work per day. Train yourself to grind long hours first. You will surprise yourself. The work naturally become higher quality, less distracted.
You'll get more done in 4 hours of deep work than 7 days of distracted work. High - Quality Work = (Time Spent) x (Intensity of Focus) All you need is a Weekly Schedule System. Find my free template in the YouTube video below:

what happened to lsof -i :3000 -P -n ? not sure why we need a cli for this
"What the fuck is running on port 3000?" Built a simple and clean CLI that answers this instantly. > "ports" shows every dev server on your machine > "ports clean" kills the orphaned ports > "ports watch" monitors in real-time Try it out ↓

Their DevSecOps became DevSecOops. HugOps to the person who pushed this.
Claude code source code has been leaked via a map file in their npm registry! Code: pub-aea8527898604c1bbb12468b…

I wanted to share a bunch of my favorite hidden and under-utilized features in Claude Code. I'll focus on the ones I use the most. Here goes.

if you’re on a mac, cmux is the way to go.

Started the day building a Claude Code skill that could spawn its own instances via cmux… ended up creating a full-fledged go-lang CLI tool for memory and session management via MCP as well.

qmd 2.0 is out. You can now use it in as a library with stable interface. Much easier to integrate. And all the other interfaces (cli, mcp, http) are now implemented in terms of that library, so that make the whole thing simpler.

i don’t think it’s claude code.. i use claude code with terraform everyday and i always check the plan before asking it to run apply.
Claude Code wiped our production database with a Terraform command. It took down the DataTalksClub course platform and 2.5 years of submissions: homework, projects, and leaderboards. Automated snapshots were gone too. In the newsletter, I wrote the full timeline + what I changed so this doesn't happen again. If you use Terraform (or let agents touch infra), this is a good story for you to read. alexeyondata.substack.com/p/…

watching people talk about claude code and openclaw setups like they are prompt experts but i’ve set to see someone vibecode something actually useful from all these setups that doesn’t feel like a fly-by-night, dead by tmr kinda vibe. build something production ready pls
