You cannot allow your past to determine your future when Jesus paid a price to give you a brand new one. "...Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us." You can’t afford to allow what you see to determine what you believe. What you believe has to determine how you see!❤️‍🔥 "By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible." - Hebrews 11:3 "For we walk by faith, not by sight." - 2 Corinthians 5:7

The devil wants to remind you of everything you’ve ever done. God wants to remind you of everything Jesus has done. You can be in covenant with God and still not walk in all that He has for you. In Numbers 13, God told the Israelites that He had given them that land, but when they went to go scout it out, they said "We were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight." But Caleb and Joshua had a different spirit. They said " “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it." In the end, Caleb and Joshua were the only two families from the generation who possessed the land. It wasn't God who prohibited; it was the lack of revelation concerning their identity.🔥

When you get saved, repent of sin and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, God sees you through the blood of Jesus. He doesn't see how you used to be. He sees the price that was paid to make you the righteousness of God in Christ.🔥

If you don’t see the reality of God’s love for you, you will not hunger and thirst for the right thing. The things that you are watching and listening to are cultivating a hunger and a desire for more of that thing. So, what are you ingesting?

If I see somebody that’s in need and I have the means to help them and I hold that back, what I’m doing is I’m demonstrating what God would never do.

When a trial comes, you respond based on what you’re feeding on. "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks." Luke 6:45 So hide the word in your heart!🔥 "Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You." Psalm 119:11

If you don’t nurture the divine nature, you will be a victim of the carnal nature. "I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Galatians 5:16

Your worth doesn’t come from your own strength. Your worth comes from the price Jesus paid for you.🔥

The Word of righteousness leaves no room for boasting because righteousness cannot be manufactured through human effort!🔥

God did not manage your past, He removed it. He took it away. He buried it. He ended it. The only way your past can attempt to separate you is if you try to resurrect what God has already put to death. Do not try to raise that dead man. Do not go back and identify with something that has already been nailed to the cross. It has no life. It has no authority. It has no voice unless you give it one.

Study to show yourself approved unto God. Don’t just study to preach or just study to quote. Give yourself to His Word. Search the Scriptures. Hunger for truth. Learn to rightly divide the Word of truth. But never turn study into another ladder by which you attempt to climb into an acceptance that Jesus has already purchased with His blood. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15

Righteousness is not a distant idea or a religious standard you strive to reach, it is a living reality given by God, secured by the blood of His Son, and awakened within you by the power of His Spirit. It is not something you build over time through effort, it is something you receive in fullness through union, and then grow in awareness of as His life expresses itself through you.

WHEN HE ROSE, WE ROSE Jesus did not come merely to repair the old creation or teach fallen humanity how to behave more religiously. He came to bring the old man to the Cross and raise a new creation into resurrection life. He died for us, but the mystery goes deeper still. By faith and through our union with Him, His death becomes our death, His burial becomes our burial, and His resurrection becomes the beginning of our new life in Him.
