Seems like a good thing to pin.
This is Trump’s Project 2025 agenda

This video literally destroyed his career.
Name a terrible music video. I’ll start us off with Billy Squier’s “so bad that it’s fucking incredible” Rock Me Tonite …

It’s easy to explain. Look at their god.
BREAKING: The Matt Gaetz report leaks are damning. Two women testified that Gaetz paid them to attend sex parties—where he allegedly had sex with multiple individuals and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. This isn’t just another scandal; this is a sitting congressman facing allegations of criminal behavior. Gaetz has denied wrongdoing, but the House Ethics Committee is still investigating. For someone under scrutiny for sex trafficking, the stench here is undeniable. The GOP better explain why this guy keeps getting a pass.

Thank you @PaulickReport. This industry must understand that, other than Thoroughbred aftercare, saving California racing is the most important issue we face collectively. By losing California, not only do we lose the presence of being a national sport, we would lose horses, trainers, owners, breeders and horseplayers. I cannot express how damaging this would be for the future of our sport. We need a short-term call to action in order to save California racing. It wouldn’t hurt if some of the bigger owners in this game would send some horses out to California to help fill races. The Jockey Club and Breeders’ Cup, both of whom are sitting on war chests of money, should be at the forefront of loaning money to supplement the California racing industry, helping supplement trainers and backstretch workers, and helping supplement purses temporarily. For the future we need to grow the regional state-bred programs, from California, Florida, New York, Maryland, etc. Some of the bigger stallion farms should consider sending some of their stallions to these states in order to get more state-bred mares while also highly discounting some top Kentucky stallions to incentivize mares to foal in these states. We must reach an agreement to get pari-mutuel machines at California tracks. This is a must!!!!! The Breeders’ Cup needs to incentivize initiatives that help the non-Kentucky breeding programs. We need to grow the regional breeds in order to keep many of these big states afloat in the future. Unfortunately, the tremendous success of the Kentucky state program is helping Kentucky horsemen and severely hurting the rest of the industry. Many of these other states help Kentucky in numerous ways that is not being accounted for with our short-term vision. Ten years from now, if we keep at this pace, the foal crop will be under 10,000 with only Kentucky-breds and 50% of tracks outside of Kentucky will close. Let’s all just be brutally honest with each other - Kentucky NEEDS horse racing. California, New York and Florida do NOT need horse racing. Let’s unite for progress!!!!!

Did everyone forget Mike Tyson is a rapist or doesn’t it matter because he’s good at a sport?

I have to say, while I am currently at “fuck all cable news” this is the only person I would watch.
Lawrence O’Donnell “The most important thing to know about Robert Kennedy Jr. Is that there are probably people dead tonight because of him. Thousands of people who followed his medical advise on vaccines in the middle of a deadly pandemic.”

Another addition to the “fuck you Nazi” list.
Sylvester Stallone introduced Donald Trump at a Mar-a-Lago gala Thursday. "When George Washington defended his country, he had no idea that he was going to change the world. ... Guess what? We got the second George Washington.” variety.com/2024/tv/news/syl…

MAGA will never forgive Anthony Fauci for trying to save their lives, and I’ll admit I’m having a hard time forgiving him for that, too.

Trump's nominee to lead the Department of Health and Human Services: “COVID-19 is targeted to attack Caucasians and Black people. The people who are most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese”

A rapist for AG. A spy for DNI. A zealot for Defense. An antivaxer for Health. A criminal for president. This is what Orwellian means.

A new Green Lantern statue has popped up in the Burbank Empire Center. He's ready to fight crime... as soon as he can exit that parking lot.

It’s your country now, guys. This is what you wanted.
Whoa. This is Ben Domenech, editor at large of The Spectator World and co-founder of The Federalist, two very influential hubs of conservative thought:

They’ll confirm him one way or the other.
My phone is blowing up with Senate Republican aides aghast at Trump’s nomination of Gaetz. Some quite confidently saying there’s no way their boss votes to confirm him. We’ll see.

So much drama. So much “Oh my God!” only to bend over when it’s confirmation time and give Trump what he wants. Yawn. Republicans, please stop the excited utterances about what Trump did, or might do. He told you. Spare us your shock at his nominating Matt Gaetz,Tulsi Gabbard and Pete Hegseth,—why would you expect anyone less sycophantic or loyal to him? He told you. You sacrificed your country upon the altar of your own fears, ambitions and inadequacies for a two-bit wannabe “dictator”. He told you. Spare us your lamentations.

Well, the majority of voters in this country voted for a rapist, felon and insurrectionist. 🤷‍♀️
i have A LOT of criticisms of the internet of 8-10 years ago and the performative "goodness" people did but it also is quite a bummer to feel like there is very little collective pressure to be a good person anymore

Girl, same.
Safe to say that GOP senators are stunned - not in a good way - on Matt Gaetz for Attorney General
