So here's my sh%4 take on the Japan Rail pass price increases
1. It'll contribute to Kyoto overcrowding and reduce visits to lesser known spots.
Price sensitive peeps will just buy a normal Tokyo <-> Osaka/Kyoto tickets and travel slow - no more galavanting across the country.
