Watershed moment for a Welsh rugby a couple of years back in the Vale hotel on the eve of a Wales England Six nations test match where the Union stood before a extremely frustrated room consisting of all the regional players in Wales, the Welsh squad at the time, WRPA and regional representatives where they incompetently told us their plans to cut the regional teams budgets, reduce squad sizes after new hotel was built and the top brass still earning huge sums of money.
