CARD-STACKING is a propaganda technique which involves a case being made by highlighting facts favourable to it and hiding facts adverse to it. The term comes from a magician or gambler stacking a deck of cards to ensure a certain outcome.
In October 2026, the Green Party in England passed a motion saying that “Zionism is racism”. In the days following, British politicians and media reacted with fury and fiercely denied that Zionism is racism. They supported their cases by interviewing or quoting supporters of Israel.
However, they largely ignored Palestinian voices.
Palestinians are the victims of Zionism. It was as if an investigation of racism in the segregated Deep South of the US or in apartheid South Africa had relied only on the voices of those oppressing and ignored the voices of the oppressed.
British politicians and media stacked the cards and, like the magician or the gambler, got the propaganda result they wanted.

The Green motion called for EQUAL RIGHTS for Israeli Jews and Palestinians - an end to brutal military occupations and an end to the system of apartheid, which Mandela & Tutu said was far worse than that in South Africa

A young blonde woman with an American accent in Israel says that all the Arabs must be kicked out of Gaza because it is "our land" since "God commanded us to take it."
The Palestinians should be kicked out to any other Arab state, she continues, except Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, "because they are ours."

Can we stop pretending that this is a marginal view in Israel? That these are the comments of a fringe minority?
They are not. Israel has been on this path for quite some time.
Western governments know it fully - yet they continue to fund and enable Israel's genocidal policies.
