With trust in the Canadian judiciary eroding, Chief Justice Wagner has an opportunity to show Canadians he is serious about earning it back. Recusing himself is the right thing to do, and the entire country knows it whether they supported the Freedom Convoy or not.
Justice must not only be done; it must also be seen to be done.

Six police surround myself and my wife and arrest us at home. This is from the police bodycam footage. We’re currently taking action against Bedfordshire police for this outrageous arrest. Myself and my wife were clearly soft targets, not exactly hardened criminals but they handcuffed both anyway …all charges dropped after a couple of months with no apology or explanation. The children were terrorised and they’ll never trust the police again.

The Supreme Court of Canada has granted leave to hear the Government’s appeal over the illegal use of the Emergencies Act in 2022.
Previously ruled illegal by 2 federal courts, the Feds appealed those decisions again. SCC has ruled they WILL hear that appeal.
