Dear collectors,
I can offer around 300 SuperRare 1/1s for sale or trade — a lot of great vintage art by some of the greatest digital artists. I’ll share details and wallet addresses in DMs.
Over the coming months, I’ll be focusing exclusively on collecting early GAN/AI pieces on SuperRare. So if anyone is interested in a trade or has another deal in mind, feel free to DM me.
All proceeds from potential sales will go straight back into the art market.
See you around! 👋
A major moment for digital art at LACMA.
We're announcing a landmark gift of more than 200 works of digital art, spanning early computer-generated works to contemporary experiments with AI.
Led by LACMA Digital Leaders, the gift includes works by @RefikAnadol, @REAS, @luyangasia, and many more, bringing new perspectives on the intersection of art and technology into our collection. bit.ly/3VOeUPH

I don’t think some of you are getting this yet
Here me now when I say:
You are insufficiently bullish digital art.
And you are underestimating the importance future historians will attribute to this moment in the art canon.
The moment that changes everything
A digital renaissance that cannot not be stopped
And soon, it will not be able to be contained
Read this interview w my fren @RaoulGMI
This is more than an interview
This is a look directly into the minds and methods of the ultra wealthy
Raoul is in fact, one of those he speaks of, who are coming for your JPEGs
A man celebrating his gains, by preserving these gains in the finest of irreplaceable, non-fungible cultural artifacts.
If you are reading this, YOU LIKELY *OWN* A PART OF THIS HISTORICAL MOMENT
Mark my words, but it is not just me.
History is about to play out for this art movement, as it has with every other.
Read this, and let us revel in these special times we are in
1/13 I believe my guest today doesn't need a lengthy introduction 🫡 @RaoulGMI is a prominent investor and a crypto art collector 🎨 We've discussed NFT cycles, collecting focuses, editions versus 1/1s, and more. Make yourself a nice coffee ☕️ and enjoy the interview 👇👀🧵

Don’t want to reveal who the collector who sent me this was, but some time ago I was sent this painting they made of a Realiti, after their wife asked them to paint their favourite ‘jpeg'.
So moved by this. Thank you, sir.

Mission: build the best creator platform the world has ever seen
JPEG Supercycle (real). Why?
Most people think NFTs are a joke.
But the only joke is the market cap… The asset class is worth less than $5BN.
Only ~3000 people globally are investing in NFTs 🤏
Meanwhile every value driver behind art and collectibles are improved by NFTs:
- Lower storage and transport costs
- Pristine provenance
- Global capital markets
- Memetic influence (Internet native art)
The only thing left is time.
This is a trillion dollar market that still looks like a toy to most people.
Remember, everything of value is being tokenized and 2/3 of all wealth is non-fungible 💴
Museums are starting to focus heavily on Network Art ✨
NFT standards are becoming the backbone of digital property rights ✊
Network art is innovative, social and fun (e.g. Beeple robot dogs!!). It is an addictive and exciting space.
NFTs are the cultural layer of crypto and a push back against flip and trade culture.
Buy a cryptopunk and you can just hodl it. Feels good man.
NFTs will also be the foundation of important network states like 6529. Freedom to transact ✊(this category is more important than you think )
To collectors and artists deep in the space it is clear: this is a once in a lifetime chance to accumulate.
Any day one whale or fund could come in and make everything unaffordable.
Remember, illiquidity works both ways. And the time to reverse course is almost at hand 📈
Art is upstream of wealth and the age of Ethereum is upon us.
Keep in mind - 99% of NFTs will be worthless but culturally significant NFTs are the scarcest investable assets on the planet. DYOR.
Infinitely, f u higher.
Happy to add this beautiful piece by @annespalter to my collection

Let’s stop pretending we are stupider than we actually are for a minute.
This is NOT an NFT revival. This is another memecoin meta, where the shitcoins are repackaged as NFTs to capture more fees from the tradooors.
I have yet to see a single person talking about rares, traits or simply collecting those “wonderful pfps” from the new NFT collections on RH.
It is all about numbers-go-up, and we already know how it ends - when it stops going up.
Come on guys, let’s at least be honest about it.

idgaf that nobody asked for my 2¢, and I do not know the full Eli, Redbeard, blah blah blah story, so this is not commentary on that situation.
Instead, this is my hot take on the repetitive “gatekeeping” discourse overall, and I already know some people will not like it. Sorry not sorry. 🌶️
Side note, shoutout to the people who already get it.. same frequency, iykyk. 😎
OK, here is what I keep observing:
When notable people create something that benefits an entire community, the appreciation often comes with an unspoken condition, as though their visibility, success, or resources permanently obligated them to provide access to everyone.
Then, the moment they do a selective project with a few high-performing people they already know, trust, or have longstanding relationships with, suddenly it is “cabal, cabal, cabal,” followed by endless complaints about closed gates.
People in the community get fooled by it all the time (misery loves company) when a lot of the noise is not actual advocacy against gatekeeping. It is almost always just a majority of salty individuals who are blame-shifting and dressing up their hurt ego as speaking up for the underdogs. Virtue signaling looks better than the truth, its still just spin tho, and misplaced energy.
Open gates have never been owed to you, sweetie. Not because you were early, loyal, overlooked, talented, supportive, or whatever other reason you have decided should have guaranteed your inclusion.
And when people say, “They should have included more people,” they often mean, “They should have included me.”
The contradiction is that many of the same people demanding an open gate would be perfectly happy for it to close behind them once they got inside. Had they been selected, they would not be posting about cabals. They would be posting inspirational threads about perseverance, community, and how “If I can make it anyone else can too.”
Because now they were invited. Now they were special. Now they were inside.
Personally, I did not come here hoping that one day a scenefluencer, thought leader, collector with a bag, or person holding a gate would validate my art. I am an artist who chooses to share my work in this scene, and outside of it, come what may. It's nice when it happens, organically, but do I hang my worth on the opinion and inclusion from any specific people at the top?
Oh hell no. lol
There is a very stark difference between those two identities. Learning to recognize which one you are operating from can determine whether you eventually move forward or spend years resenting everyone who did.
The things that make up who I am, my perspective, experience, behavior, work ethic, relationships, and the signature style of my work, collectively form a key that is unique to me. That key will open certain gates at certain times. It will not open every gate, in every scene, for every opportunity.
Early in my career, when I scheduled models for go-sees in the New York editorial fashion industry (early 00's), I repeatedly gave them the same advice. It applies to nearly every competitive field, and it is one of the distinctions between people who eventually build a career inside the gates meant for them and people who become defeated by the self-inflicted rejection they die on a hill about.
Every single opportunity is built around a particular productions need, theme, aesthetic, personality, skill set, or existing relationship. You will not always be the person who fits it.
A no today is never a verdict on your overall worth. It only means your key did not open that specific gate this time.
There will be so many other events, projects, people, and opportunities. New ones appear constantly when you continue looking, working, and showing up. Eventually, what you offer will be exactly what someone needs, sometimes even from the same people who weren't looking for you yesterday.
Success isn't hidden behind every gate that's closed. Stop staring at closed gates as though your future was locked behind them. Literally nobody is doing that TO you. Your real progress comes from recognizing and walking through the ones that open, while continuing to knock on new ones.
Patience, humility, consistency, reliability, and grace in the face of rejection matter. Everyone evolves on different timelines, people remember your skill, but they also remember your character, professionalism, and how you behaved when you were not chosen.
An opportunity that was not right for you today may still become a relationship that opens a different door later.
There is no cabal. Keep going. 🔑
