Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. They mean more than you can imagine. Spent some time wondering what he would have been doing if he was still with us. Gave up. He would have surprised us!
Today we should be celebrating Neil's 49th birthday. But Neil is and always will be 35. Today he will be mentioned at a conference supporting carers. He goes on making a difference, and we miss him every day. Live from mum and dad.

Just had phone call from haematologist. After 4 months, iron levels and haemoglobin back to normal. Immune system working again. Can't express the relief
