Designing Preview Cards for my registry, and went down the rabbit hole of exploring various designs.
There are 25 more of where these came from, some with variations like this. This one was just fascinating, but not my favourite.
Preview Cards section included now.
To the 10 of you X will show this to, click this quoted tweet and scroll, make you laugh small.
No say I no try for you.
Everyone is saying Silo in the CS. Please wait till the finale next year to watch it...
I wish I waited.
I forgot the OSS legend that introduced me to shadcn create and interaction inspiration.
@orcdev do the orcs approve?
Credit to graphicalui.com for inspiration and interaction.
Hi @shadcn
I built a version of the shadcn create page that lets me customize my primary color, I find it particularly useful since I maintain a multi theme library.
I know that shadcn create works with the preset colors from the tailwind color palette, so this might not be a product direction. But if you think it is, I will open a new PR to the main upstream repo. Just checking publicly before adding another PR to the almost 1k PRs on the repo.

My father was a trader and I didn't have to cook when I went to school in 2015. A big boys meal was 250 and poor mans meal was 105 naira.
But we should applaud Tinubu for making you loan money that gives you less purchasing power than I had.
Off mic and go and warm eba
Corrected it to just make individual changesets reference the package they're changing.
It went behind my back to build a very comprehensive safeguard in ci.
17mins after release, ci is still running. 😪. I now have to go and prune CI because this model is addicted to safeguarding and defending every single thing.
Asked 6.1 sol for a simple thing today...
Make sure changesets are unique to a specific packages and don't trigger releases in packages with no changes or changesets.
I was speaking to it like a colleague.
Sol said we should build safeguards to prevent that... What? Wtf?
Best explanation...
You got people to switch off Chrome and then decide to throw it away.
@browsercompany @Atlassian @joshm what are you guys smoking fr...
I have had Dia on my mac and I cannot bring myself to use it, tried again after the most recent update that brought some arc features over...
Arthur captured my concerns perfectly, bar a few.
@browsercompany is there an issue with capturing the care and uvp of arc in dia.
It used to be all you guys sang about on YouTube when arc released.
.@browsercompany @joshm is sunsetting Arc and says Dia is the ideal replacement. I disagree. Arc is a labor of love and design craft, and I enjoy using it every day. Dia, on the other hand, lacks that design love, and I’m not sure why.
Here’s 6+ things where Arc is still better than Dia

Konza, love him. Great Saliba deputy, but you are supposed to keep your mark till the end. Saliba did it last season, all the way till the box. Don't delegate to someone else.
It's why him and Guehi never got to that next level of being considered elites...

RIP to the lives lost on 20-10-20. Sadly the country is way worse than you left it😔
I'm thankful I was already experienced before and took to the AI era after a brief period of initial friction...
The things you hear people yap on about... Faccccc
And so Spaceman RTA and ui-theme start to diverge... uitheme-rn is now in Alpha
xitter.cf/tonyedgal/status/21122…
With Spaceman react theme animation (or uitheme-web) you can toggle theme for based on different actions on your app...
Want a blog or article section to be rendered in monospace font and great contrast theme, use the `createColorThemeToggle` to automatically change the theme when users navigate to that route.
