The weather was so nice yesterday I did an impromptu bikepacking overnight on the C&O. Fell asleep reading in my hammock after a tasty pasta dinner.
Just returned from a busy California trip… parties with friends & family, swimming in SF Bay, hiking to Yosemite waterfalls, high elevation snowy lake picnic, camping by the ocean, bike ride to see a whale, surfing in Santa Cruz, & visit to Google HQ. Perfect summer trip.

Commissioner @HectorArbuckle and I sent a joint letter today about the new light smack in the middle of an already-too-narrow sidewalk on Florida Avenue between Eckington and Union Market. Councilmember @CMZParker5's office is engaged on it too.
