Today I picked 6 eggs, my Noilers are really trying for me. My followers please for the sake of your children have Noilers at home and enjoy premium eggs.
This woman will not let me breathe if I don't deliver her eggs tomorrow! The crate was completed just today, and she's already waiting for me to arrange them in a carton for her. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿฅš She said ever since she tasted eggs from my Noilers, she's not going back to ordinary eggs again! Orus Farm, we don start again ooo! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฅ Farmers, who else has customers like this? Once they taste what you produce, they won't let you rest!

My prayer today is simple: May we not fail as parents to provide food for our children in these difficult times. May we not be defeated by the rising cost of living. May our efforts yield results, and may we find strength to keep moving even when the road is rough. May our children have enough to eat, a safe place to sleep, access to education, and parents who love them deeply. To every parent fighting silently to make ends meet, please don't give up. Take one day at a time, keep seeking honest opportunities, and reach out for support when you need it. May God bless every responsible parent and make our sacrifices worthwhile. Amen. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ

Not every parent who is struggling is lazy. Some are hardworking people facing circumstances beyond their control. Before you judge a parent who cannot afford certain things for their children, remember that life can change unexpectedly. If you have extra food, consider sharing with a neighbour. If you know someone looking for work, share an opportunity. If you can support a struggling family, do it with kindness and without humiliation. Sometimes, a small act of kindness can save a family from a very difficult day. May we become answers to someone's prayer. ๐Ÿ™

God, please don't let the present economic hardship make us helpless in the face of our children's needs. Give us ideas that will bring income. Connect us with genuine opportunities. Bless our businesses, jobs, farms, and every honest hustle. When we are confused, give us direction. When we are exhausted, renew our strength. When the money is not enough, give us wisdom to manage it. Above all, help us to remain loving and patient with the children who depend on us. May our homes never run out of hope. Amen. โค๏ธ

Our children may be too young to understand the economy, but they can feel the pressure in the home. They notice when parents are worried, when certain foods disappear from the table, and when simple requests become difficult to fulfil. Let us keep reassuring them with love, even when we don't have everything figured out. We may not give them everything they desire, but may we always strive to give them food, safety, education, attention, and hope. May our children grow up remembering our love more than our struggles. ๐Ÿ™

To every father waking up early to hustle, every mother trying to keep the home running, and every parent doing honest work to feed their children: May your labour produce good results. May your customers increase, your business grow, your salary be sufficient, and unexpected opportunities locate you. May you not borrow endlessly just to put food on the table. May the little you earn be multiplied through wisdom, favour, and God's blessings. You are trying. May heaven reward your efforts. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™

Sometimes, the person everyone calls strong is also tired. Sometimes, the father who provides for everyone has nobody to provide for him. Sometimes, the mother who makes sure everyone eats goes to bed with an empty stomach. Dear parents, please remember that your life matters too. Do your best, plan wisely, ask for help when necessary, and don't be ashamed of honest struggles. May God send helpers our way and give us the wisdom to manage what we have. May we care for our children without losing ourselves in the process. ๐Ÿ™

It breaks my heart to think of parents who have to choose between buying food and paying another important bill. Nobody should have to pretend to be strong while wondering how to feed their children. May God open doors of provision for every struggling household. May the unemployed find work, may struggling businesses recover, and may hardworking parents receive opportunities that will make life easier for their families. Father, bless the hands that work so our children can eat. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ

No matter how difficult life becomes, let us keep doing our best for our children. They may not understand why we work so hard, why we sometimes deny ourselves certain things, or why we look worried when bills arrive. One day, they may understand that every sacrifice was made out of love. May God give us strength to provide food, shelter, education, and the care our children deserve. May our efforts not be in vain. May our children never lack the basics of life. ๐Ÿ™

Some parents are smiling in public but crying inside because they don't know where the next meal for their children will come from. The school fees are waiting, the rent is approaching, food prices keep increasing, and the responsibilities never stop. Dear God, please remember every father and mother struggling to keep their families together. May we not lose our dignity while trying to survive. May our children eat, learn, grow, and have a better future than we do. Being a parent is a blessing, but providing in difficult times requires grace. ๐Ÿ™

May we not fail as parents to provide food for our children in these difficult times. May our pockets never be empty when our children are hungry. May God bless the work of our hands, strengthen us when we are tired, and provide for our families even when things seem impossible. Our children may not understand the struggles we face today, but may they never have to go to bed hungry because life has become difficult for us. Lord, please help every struggling parent. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ Amen if you believe.

If you own a school, shop, farm, office or any other business, don't wait for a breakdown before thinking about repairs. Inspect your facilities regularly. Fix small faults before they become major problems. Keep records of repairs. Budget for routine maintenance. And assign someone to monitor the condition of your facilities. A maintenance plan may not bring money directly into your business, but it can save you from unnecessary expenses and disruptions. Protect what you have worked hard to build. Growth is important, but maintenance keeps that growth alive. ๐Ÿ’ช

The one that caught us was the borehole pump. We managed it for a whole term, then it died in week two of the next one and we were buying water for the whole school. The repair would have cost a fraction. Small repairs now sit in the term budget the same way salaries do.

People see the money coming into a business, but they don't always see the money going out. Rent, salaries, electricity, repairs, supplies and unexpected maintenance can consume a business owner's income before profit is even calculated. Sometimes, what looks like a successful business from outside is being held together by constant sacrifice behind the scenes. That is why business owners must budget wisely, keep records and set money aside for emergencies. Revenue is not profit, and profit is not always money available to spend.

Whether you work in a school, office, factory or shop, please learn to take care of the things entrusted to you. Don't say, "It's not my property," and handle things carelessly. Switch off unused equipment, report faults early, keep your workspace clean and avoid damaging things because you are not the owner. A good employee doesn't just do the job; they also help protect the resources that make the job possible. Care for your workplace as if you invested your own money in it.

Running a business is not just about making money. Sometimes, the little money you expect to save must be used to fix an unexpected problem. Imagine planning your expenses for the week, only for a water tank to start leaking or an important machine to stop working. You have two choices: ignore the problem and risk bigger damage, or find a way to fix it. That is the reality of business ownership. You must always prepare for the unexpected. ๐Ÿ™

One thing I have learnt as a school owner is that maintenance is part of running a business. A leaking roof, a faulty tap, broken chairs or damaged electrical fittings may look like small problems today, but ignoring them can turn them into expensive problems tomorrow. Don't wait until everything breaks down before you take action. Prevention is cheaper than repair. Every serious business owner must understand this. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

One of my school parents mistakenly transferred 95,000 to the wrong account. When she contacted the person, he agreed to refund 50,000. Unfortunately, he has now stopped picking up her calls. ๐Ÿ˜ข Imagine losing 95,000 by mistake and then struggling to recover your own money.
