When I was in Ann Arbor, I saw Aday Mara on the street the night before the game. He walked right by me and the only thing I could get out of my mouth was “Thunder!”, as if I was an OU fan yelling “Boomer!”. He said “hey” and kept walking. #fail

This is concerning. The team was made worse by him playing on it. And it was noticeable immediately. He could barely get to the huddle on 3rd down, then got run over on the FG.
Ben Arbuckle says the #Sooners staff understood Ryan Fodje's injury to be one that couldn't be made worse by playing through it.
"It's not like it was bad every single play, but when some of those things showed up where we had to get him out of the game, we made that decision."
