Don’t complain about not having offers when it’s May and a coach has to ask you 3+ times to fill out the application to the school. It takes you 5 minutes to invest in your future. 🤦🏻

Dear parents and high school coaches, track and field does not have football type scholarships. Understand that there is a “salary cap” on track programs. This is why we put together packages that included academic aid and FASFA. We give everyone fulls, we can’t field a team.

These college Basketball and football coaches need to offer players who are really trying to go to your school and they have talent that can make your program better. The homeboy system dont when games the talent and great kids do.

Never lie during recruiting process. If you don’t have the monetary means, then let that be known. Be as transparent as possible. They will respect you more!

Speaking as the parent of a incoming player . It would help if the offers were easier to understand . We received offers that included hundred of line items that no one could understand.... we chose the best school based on the coaches transparency and communication!!!!

Don’t want to wake up for morning weights?...don’t wanna finish that last rep?...wanna give an attitude because you are needed to run on the 4x4?? Remember 3/11/20...Ask your 2020 senior teammates if they could trade places with you. Bet they wouldn’t miss any opportunities.
