My numbers don’t lie. 3 of my best are women, but yet most of my audience are males, so why do we clown women? 🤔 this ain’t a slight on the men I have on, just an observation

To expand on this, out of my 31 live episodes, 1,362 listens make up women but only 7 episode so it’s 22.5% feature women but 34.8% of my listens are episodes featuring women. Make it make sense why women don’t run this industry please.

Maybe I just haven’t had that marquee guest yet but women perform so much better then men on my podcast and it’s not even close numbers wise. I expect a women to bring in 2x-3x the numbers but yet we bash them in Motorsports. Makes no sense. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔.
