It’s deja vu all over again. These are the questions that the FDA Advisory Committee unanimously decided more than a year ago had not been answered for aducanumab. The FDA’s accelerated approval has been a pointless disaster for people with Alzheimer’s and our Field.
@CMSgov is looking for the trials to address two fairly fundamental questions: does it work to affect a decline in cognition and function and does it increase significant adverse effects?
