Understanding “breadth” is a really powerful trading skill 💪
Especially when navigating fast-changing markets with wild swings 🎢
@TG_ProfitPilot uses breadth to know precisely when to exercise both caution and aggression on long positions 📈

🚨 Market Update: July was a monster month for $SPX and tech, but history says August is when the brakes get tapped.
Seasonality says August is where things pull back after major runs — especially post-July euphoria.
Let me walk you through what I’m seeing (and what I just shared at the Vegas Money Show): 🧵👇

I started a literal "defensive" trade last week on middle East tensions and sold Naked Puts on General Dynamics, $GD. Puts sold for $4.10 last week and closed today for 0.35 for 91.5% win. Slow and steady wins the game. 🔥 One of the most reliable bullish setups of the year is forming…
But with $SPX near all-time highs, we may need one more dip before liftoff.
End-of-June weakness often sets the stage for a breakout. 👀 #StockMarket #SPX #MarketTrends

The Moxie Indicator just fired red on $NVDA. The timing ability of this indicator is incredible.

Updated levels of support and resistance on $SPX, $NDX and $IWM. We still have all of the moving averages on the side of the bulls on the dailies... but please be aware that some of my lower time frame charts are bearish and have resistance. @TradingBruce

I orginally bought $RKLB at $5 and have continued to add to my position. The last time I added was April 7th when symmetry correlated with the 200SMA. The larger swing targets from that low are 38 and 44. I may add more if we can get a pullback inside of this larger swing. @traderDanielle @TradingBruce @marketminute

$COST has pulled back a bit more. I have Fibonacci timing for a low and price support correlating with the 50SMA... setup zone 988-96. There are lower price support levels if this one doesn't hold. Be sure to place stops and know your risk tolerance. Bookmark this post for quick reference for later. @TradingBruce @traderDanielle
$COST daily is a Royal Trade Setup. Use triggers/indicators to show if the zone will hold. I like that the setup zone 988-1005 correlates with the 50SMA. @TradingBruce

Leading up to the 1929 stock market crash and the Great Depression, several transformative technologies captivated the public imagination and fueled economic optimism and speculation. These included:
1. Automobiles
•Ford’s Model T revolutionized transportation and mass production.
•Car ownership exploded, stimulating growth in steel, rubber, glass, and oil industries.
•The auto industry became a major pillar of the U.S. economy and consumer credit expansion.
2. Radio
•Radio emerged as the dominant mass communication medium.
•Companies like RCA soared in value, becoming heavily speculated stocks.
•Radio advertising created new consumer markets and connected the country in real-time.
3. Electrification and Appliances
•Electricity spread rapidly into urban and suburban homes.
•Sparked demand for electric refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, and lighting.
•Helped transform domestic life and retail consumption habits.
4. Aviation
•Charles Lindbergh’s 1927 transatlantic flight captivated the world.
•Aviation stocks became speculative darlings, despite minimal profits at the time.
•The potential of commercial flight was romanticized and overvalued.
5. Motion Pictures
•The “talkies” (movies with sound) debuted in the late 1920s, revolutionizing entertainment.
•Hollywood became a powerful cultural and economic force.
•Movie theaters multiplied, boosting construction and local economies.
6. Synthetic Materials and Chemicals
•Companies like DuPont led in developing synthetic fabrics, explosives, and new chemical processes.
•The chemical industry was seen as a symbol of modern scientific advancement.
7. Mass Production
•Assembly lines optimized production in numerous industries beyond autos.
These innovations created a climate of technological optimism and belief in a “New Era” of endless growth, which helped feed the speculative bubble that ultimately burst in 1929.

The longer I trade, it becomes increasingly obvious. The edge is WHAT I am trading, not HOW. Watchlist building is 80% of the game.
That said tomorrow I am looking for some early downside follow-through from today’s close which was heavy. I am looking to buy HOOD, PLTR, BAC or XLF into support.
I am long PM and XLU.
I’ll do a Charts and Coffee Show and walk through the setups tomorrow at 9 AM ET.

SPX 6,000 isn’t happening without Tesla and Tesla’s coiling up at a key level. ⚠️
If it breaks, SPX might fly too.
