Seems that @YourSSE loves complaints. Just when they finally settle my fifth complaint (6 weeks later than they said they would) they then fail to send me my government energy relief scheme payment for January.
Seems that @YourSSE loves complaints. Just when they finally settle my fifth complaint (6 weeks later than they said they would) they then fail to send me my government energy relief scheme payment for December.
Yet another two broken promises from @YourSSE. Cheque for compensation that was "definitely" going to be here by today hasn't arrived & neither did I receive the phone call I was "definitely" going to receive today from the complaints department to make sure I'd received it.
@YourSSE as a consequence of them failing on numerous occasions to sort this out, it's now in the hands of the Ombudsman. Absolute bunch of clowns.

As @VodafoneUK can't even comply with the settlement agreed with @CISASUK I have now started County Court proceedings against them.
Had problems from day one, so the sooner I'm rid of them the better.
